I've had nothing but excellent experiences over the last few months! Drive-thru is rocking it!
Slowest place in town. 25 minutes in the drive-thru for a mobile order! The line empties out before each vehicle is waited on at the ordering menu. Poor line management!
Staff is friendly. helpful. The interior was clean along with restrooms. Sad they only had the Dr. Pepper shake.
Love the burgers is always fresh and plenty lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and chopped onion. My favorite place to eat a fresh burger.
My# 1 Combo Meal wasn't cooked all the way ( About 5% of the Hamburger was Rare Meat ) !!!I didn't get sick but I didn't feel all that great either !!!
In the continuum of franchise fast food burgers and fries Whataburger is on my short list of standards to judge others by. I can confidently say that the Whataburger franchises in Lufkin are consistently the best franchise burgers in town.
Was great..not anymore. Been there twice this week. First time they gave me the wrong order in the drive through. I thought, ok, people make mistakes. Second trip they lost my order. Staff is terrible. They just don't care.
Asked (DID NOT YELL) about only couple onion rings. One girl offered to make more, but rest of food was going to be cold. Also, we were dining in..ALL TABLES DIRTY...Guess that's why our food was sacked up "to go". Got to table, opened burger to salt it, both hamburger patties looked like paper thin "swiss cheese". More onion rings brought to table and we tried to thank her, but all she could do is complain that I yelled at her. If I yell at someone, trust me, you know you've been yelled at, and this did not happen.
Never answer the phone when i call at night i mean never so why they 24/7 or give you the option to call if they dont answer at night it make week now i call ever night when i get off never answer the phone
Super friendly service from the guy working the drive thru window this evening. He was doing SO much, very shorthanded it seemed, he stayed calm and smiled. Hands down best service I have had in awhile- Keep up the good service sir ?
