very clean ? like service
When I arrived at this whataburger there was a car at the speaker in front of me that was ordering. They moved on fairly fast then it was my time to order. A gentleman said over the speaker to hold on and he'd be right with me. 15 minutes later he says to go ahead and order, so I order then I get to the window to get my order and he's taking another order, and then walks off to the back, no problem so I wait patiently. 8 minutes later I've still not been greeted and see the only 2 employees on the line still talking. I left without my food nor will I be back until y'all can get employees and management that wants to work.
Wow.... this is by far not only the worst whataburger I have ever been to but the worst experience in fast food period.First someone stole our order... then they couldn't correct it.... then..... I get to my destination & water instead of sprite after this whole experience. Wow.... dumbfounded!!
The cook was taking orders and having to cook the food while the manager was in the office
Employees were friendly and the food was okay - not as good as it usually is citing that the cheese wasn’t melted on the Whataburger I ordered.
They Have VERY Rude People ManaginThe One On Timberland Dr. In Lufkin...Been Havin A Problem Wit One Manager Not Wantin To Serve Me Because I Walk Or My Husband Rides His Bike Through The Drive Thru...Im 46 & Never Had A Car & Been Walkin Through The Drive Through But This B***h Named Natalie Has Argued Wit My Husband For Walkin Through The Drive Through & A Few Dayz Ago For The 2nd Time She Was Agrue'n With My Husband For Walking Through The Drive Thru & I Ordered My Food @4:30am & Had To Wait Until After 6:00am When They Unlocked The Doors To Get My Food...Then To Top It All Off MY ORDER WAS WRONG..Had To Call The Complaint Line TWICE Before Anything Was Done...They Fixed My Order Today & It Took Almost An Hour There Were Only 2PEOPLE Workin & When I Did Get My Order It Was Basically Cold....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE??
I haven't had a whataburger since I was 18 and it was definitely a delightful treat now that I am a little bit older LOL. We don't have a Whataburger in California wish we did. I would suggest this over and over and over again great service great food if I had 10 thumbs they would all be up
What can I say, they are simply the best. They offer the traditional burgers and fries. Always hot a delicious.
Our food was great, but the waitress was not friendly at all and she acted like she really didn't want to wait on us at all. She slowly walked up to us and stood there and finally asked us what we wanted. Not very friendly. And it wasn't busy, we were the only ones there!
I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich and it was cold. The chicken strips and the cheese were both cold. And it seems like they just put a tiny squirt of BBQ sauce on my sandwich. I also ordered a malt but like McDonald’s the ice cream machine was out of order. If I could give them half a star I would.
