Today was a special day, it's Father's Day and I took my Husband to Texas Roadhouse in Lufkin, Texas at about 1:30pm. Our 3 adult children are on the other end of the country, so today was a little hard to go through without them. Even though this was one of their busiest days, everything was good. I would love to say my steak was perfect, but it was more medium then it was mid-rare. But today was not about me. My husband's steak was perfect. He enjoyed it and the Young Man Noah was our server. He did a decent job considering how busy they were. The restrooms were clean and the service was fast.
Went for our anniversary and everything tasted great well seasoned. I really appreciated their timing for food and bringing out the salads first. So many places now have you wait forever for food and then bring your salad with the meal. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Will being going back.
We visited on mother's day and were served pretty quickly. Definitely try the cinnamon honey butter with the rolls, it's delicious.
A very good steak and cooked the way I ordered it. All the food I have tried has been good and the service has always been excellent.

Worst experience. We waited over an hour for food and never received it. The order “never got started” either the waitress didn’t turn it in like last experience or kitchen staff didn’t really start on it. The people sitting beside us came in wayyy after we did and got their food before us. We will not be back.
Went and ate with my family at Texas Roadhouse tonight and our waitress was AMAZING!!!! THERE WAS NEVER A TIME THAT SHE WASNT CHECKING ON US.. SHE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY KIND.. SHOUT OUT TO BAILEY AT THE ROADHOUSE IN LUFKIN TEXAS. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER CUSTOMERS. SHOUT OUT TO BAILEY. KEEP DOING AN AWESOME JOB. I WILL ASK FOR YOU EVERY TIME WE COME.
I so enjoy the food, service, and everything about Texas Roadhouse EXCEPT…. I guess I’m too old, but I enjoy eating and TALKING with friends over dinner. That can’t happen in this restaurant because of the extremely loud music. I always hesitate to go there because of this one and only reason.
Each it's own. People were very nice and the food was made right. Just wasn't impressed with the food. Got a steak and shrimp. Just had better. So I'll stick with those
Went to Texas Road House for lunch today, our waitress was AMAZING! I haven’t had that kinda service in years. When I say she was amazing I mean fantastic. She was quick, refilling our drinks, our margaritas were good, coming to check on us more then normal, when we were ordering she went over everything that came on the BBQ BURGER making sure jordan was wanting it all the way, when i started ordering my steak I said I wanted it medium rare & she then showed a picture of what the meat will look like after it’s cooked, to go drinks, she went over & beyond. Very outgoing, very professional & never seen her without a smile. If you know Jordan; you know you can’t take him serious or anywhere in public. Lol & he loves to pick on anyone… when she was going over his burger “he smarts off something” she just continue to smile & didn’t let him bother her! If your reading this- Lexi, thank you so much& keep up the good work; your AWESOME! Continue being the best. Hope to see you again very soon! God bless you! ?
