the foos and service sucks!! My order is never right car hops never smile and they never have onion rings.I called this morning and ask if they no longer make onion rings the lady said yes we do when we have A worker to make them she said we barely have workers to make the food!! Definitely lost my business quess i will just have to drive to the one on timberland!!!!
On the evening of 4/29, I swung through this Sonic location after a long day of work. After someone finally answered my button push and took my order, it was nearly 30 minutes before I finally got my food. I think I saw part of my order walk by to another car and back. The manager who brought my food said not a word in explanation or apology for the delay. After another five minutes waiting for my debit card to be returned to me (the card reader at the car was broken) I drove the 1.8 miles to my home and unpacked food that was barely above room temperature. I wish this was a unique experience at this location but it isn't.
Here’s a tip: go somewhere else!
I use to enjoy going there to grab some breakfast even some lunch at times. But here the last 3 times my order is always messed up and the tots taste horrible .
Just seems like since ms Cathy left service here has gone down the tube. The employees them selfs just dont seem to care anymore about actually serving customers with nice hot food . Hell we can see them threw the windows on their phones some times. No wonder it's been taking people 20-25 mins to get their orders in.
Good service. Tater tots were great! The rest of our food was somewhat “hard” (chili dog, chicken bites) which is the reason for my rating.
The person taking the orders jan 3 2022 at around 11:15pm had a negative attitude, and it was the worst burger we have ever gotten, the lettuce tasted funny, like those pre made salads taste, wont be going back to this Sonic

Probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Staff was friendly but the food was terrible. The only thing that was hot what's the gravy which had been watered down to nearly a clear soup. What wasn't missing from the order was cold and largely inedible. The ocean water was just fine though
