The only reason this is a one star review is because it wont let me leave a zero star. This sonic location is absolute trash. I’ve had bad experiences here a few times and waited to come back thinking maybe it got better. No! When i pulled in i pushed the red button and waited a few minutes then pushed it again. They werent busy at all. Then a lady come out and told me that stall wasnt working. Didnt bother to put a sign on it or a cone it its spot or anything to show it wasnt working. So i moved to a different spot and made my order. While making my order the person taking it was constantly rude and snappy. I then waited for 30 minutes while watching other vehicles come and go and i havent seen or heard anything about my order. I called back thru the button and asked what the status of my order was and they just turned it off. So i pushed the button again and they just said itll be out. So i asked how long its already been 30 minutes and they just repeated itll be out with no time frame. So we waited another 5-10 minutes then i left and went to whataburger next door.
We went to Sonic on North Timberland , we order two drinks , cheese sticks , and a chicken slider. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and drinks . One of our drinks were wrong , the chicken slider was supposed to have cheese but did not, we had a large order of cheese stick that wasn't a full order. It would have been fine if it was busy , one car hop never move from where they were standing .
These Pickle fries are super burnt and very few in container for $2.99! I will not go back to this location! When I asked about my drink carhop wasn’t very nice.

Short staff/ busy whatever the case may be u shouldn't be rude to your guest. I literally repeated my order 4 times to the fountain worker and still receive the wrong food. When I called the store back to the store even the manager was rude. I would leave 0 stars of it would let me.
Just left there after they messed up our order, got home and the burgers were cold and not edible. 21 bux thrown away. Will never eat sonic again, very poor food now. This visit and the way things were handled makes me now hate sonic to the point I wish they would just disappear and let a real eatery open in their place, waste of real estate at this point
Tried their footlong hot dog it was great for the first time. Suggested by a friend
Food is always good. If there is anything ever wrong with the order or food they will fix it to the customers satisfaction or give your money back. They want happy customers everyday
Upset that I have 4 or 5 giftcards on app and can't combine or split pay.....
Product and speed are fine but the parking lot has terrible pot holes and it seems like half the stall screens are out
