It's been years since I had a Shipley's donut ? and I was not disappointed! Yummy!
My husband went to get almost 73 dollars worth of donuts for two families. This place took all 91.63 out of his Walmart work card. The lady that works there said come back the next day. When he did she acted like it was another costumer who bought that. Wouldn't even bother to look at the proof on his phone. We didn't have the receipt because it got thrown away that day.Update: Finally got the money back on the card after 2-3 days. Still not happy with the bad service. Never going here again because of the money situation.
Excellent service!!! Mr. Chen and his staff had the order ready for a midmorning pickup and staff meeting. The order was placed via phone at 5 am the day of for an important meeting. Thank you Shipley Donuts!
It was around noon when I was there. The donuts and koliches were not fresh, dry and stale. On a high note the coffee was great. I am sure they would have been better earlier in the morning.
This is my favorite place for donuts! We love everything they offer. The service is always friendly and helpful. The prices and selection are ideal! I can't say enough good things about this place!
I have stopped by here on my way back to TN. several times. Now I’m a native Houstonian and have been to the original store and I’ve never had any issues with the store in Lufkin. I always get treated with respect and would recommend this store.
Fresh donuts, but the ham and cheese kolaches were anything but ham and cheese. Mostly bread, with a rolled up slice of ham and cheese inside.
Always a good experience. Love the donuts. Love the Asian lady that works here. Sorry I dont know her name. She makes my day.
The best donuts I've tried in Texas so far!
Need to clean and sanitize their store inside. Don't go through the drive-thru unless you've got 15 minutes.
