There were 2 employees working when I arrived. At first I thought it was 1. They were busy with not nearly enough help. No sign of management in the building. My fiancee had the original to which he said was real good with the exception of it not being made right.I had the fiesta chicken. The sandwich was ok but would've been real good if the entire outer rim wasn't so hard and I could've enjoyed my sandwich. My wait was 30 minutes before I went back to the front to remind them I was in the building waiting. Then I still waited another 15 minutes. It just didn't we as if there was any enthusiasm as to getting any orders ready. Their pricing is on the high side but worth paying when the service and food are both good. I will say I was given complementary bags of chips to go with our sandwiches due to the long wait.

Spent 45 minutes on a sandwich for it to be brought out wrong the 1st time, explained that it was wrong and it was taken back. Cashier came and asked me what I ordered AGAIN and brought the same wrong order. Just took it back to the register and left as I had already used up my entire lunch break. Will not be back and recommend other sandwich shops for the price.

We are frequent Schlotzsky’s customers… if we are in a city that has one, we’re going to eat there! We were highly disappointed in the low quality of food and the service (actually the lack of) at this particular location. We ordered online and my husband picked up the food and brought it back to our hotel. My salad was missing half of its ingredients, thrown together sloppily, and the lettuce was wilted. also, I had no silverware for my salad. My husband’s sandwich barely had any meat on it (totally unusual for a Schlotzsky’s). Although this experience will not keep us from enjoying other locations, I believe we will think twice before using this one again.

I went to your establishment on 4/15/2022 around 5:30 pm.. I ordered a Medium Turkey avocado and medium French dip sandwich ..I paid $22.23 which I thought was higher than I normally pay ( we always get the same thing) . When the guy handed my my food he had given me a French Dip Calzone it was then I looked at the receipt and noticed they have given me the wrong food. The calzone is $11.99 . I told the employee about the mixup and he corrected it and handed me my food and said thank you and I said isn’t there a price difference? The sandwich is less and he said no and I said ok and left. I really felt there was and so I looked up the prices on the online menu and a medium French dip sandwich is listed at $8.75. I don’t care about the few dollars. It is the principle that he lied because he didn’t want to be bothered with it. It is essentially stealing my money. Granted I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to call the guy a liar when I wasn’t 100% sure. It upsets me.

You guys are gonna keep losing business as long as you keep the inside closed. I was going to go there but didn't want to wait in the drive thru. Went to Which Wich instead.

I will NEVER pull away from window without checking my order again. I "trusted" my order was correct because haven't had a "totally wrong" order (eaten inside) dining in closed) here. Ordered a Reuben sandwich...I expected dark rye bread..who puts Reuben on sourdough bread??? And to top it off, it was also very STALE BREAD.Also ordered an original that was on stale sourdough as well. No, not just toasted like they do it...this bread was CHEWEY STALE! $20 wasted...and as busy as they were & as long as we waited in drive thru...WHY WASN'T BREAD FRESH??

I used to go here at least once a week, now I'm going like once a month, if that, in hopes for a correct order. I have YET to have my order as stated through the drive-thru. Missing a few ingredients on my pizza including avocados on the California Chicken Pizza. Kind of the main ingredient in it so weird this keeps happening.

5 people were sitting in the closed lobby eating and on their phones while there was a full line of cars waiting outside. Drive thru person taking our order didn’t respond for a full couple of minutes. Pull up and they read the wrong order back to us. Corrected the order no problem, but got our food and we only had half of our order. It would be fine except for the fact that this is every single time we go here, it’s always a bad experience.

Long wait times, frequently out of regular menu items. Today was the last straw for me. Went at 11:30am today and was told they didn’t have their potato soup or au jus. They also “weren’t making gluten free sandwiches today,” Put tomatoes on my husbands sandwich even though it was ordered without. I’ve sat in the drive through for 40 minutes before. This was our third occurrence in 6 weeks that they didn’t have the potato soup that is a regular menu item. It’s a hot mess.
