great service. friendly attentive server.
Blackened salmon was dry and no flavor. Waitress must of been new, she kept having to go ask someone else when we ask questions. No senior discounts or AARP cards accepted.I did like the fried brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes.
Not very fresh and like it used to be but staff is nice... editing previous review from 3 years ago. Recently went back and our server Bratasia was outstanding! Efficient, incredibly friendly and helpful. When we go back will definitely requesting to be seated in her section. They were short handed when we first arrived and it took a bit to get seated and our drinks but once more staff arrived it was on. Food was great this time too!
I had never been to the Red Lobster and I was a little bit unsure. There was a lot of wear on furniture so I held tight! When our meal came I was totally surprised and glad to be there! Service was good, the meal was yummy, and we were happy. Would I return? Well, yes, of course. I would also tell others about our experience.
Love this Red Lobster! Super nice staff and clean environment! Food is so delicious! Will definitely return!
We took my son here for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. The service was very slow in spite of there only being 4 other tables occupied in the restaurant. The waitress was very unfriendly. The food we did finally receive was cold and disgusting. Wife and I got fish and chips which was so thin and tough it could bestest be torn apart. Some of our sides we never even received. I asked the waitress about it, and they brought one baked potato out as we are walking out the door. I had asked to speak to a manager, which also fell on deaf ears. I left a review on the tablet on the table where you pay, with all of my contact info, requesting to speak to someone by email or phone, to no avail. Obviously no one here cares about anything going on in this establishment. I can see why the place is always empty now.
I have always loved Red Lobster. It has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but now their food and service is HORRIBLE! Today I ordered $66 worth of food (for curbside pickup) and I was only given 1 cocktail sauce, mind you, this was 3 full meals. I asked the young man for more cocktail sauce and he then brought me back only 1 more. I asked him if he realized exactly how much food I had in my bag, he said no, he didn't pack my bag. I then asked for a manager. She came out and told me that their policy is only 1 cocktail sauce per order!!! That is PATHETIC! I told her if she couldn't bring me more cocktail sauce to eat with my food after I spent that much money with them then she could just take that food back and give me my money back!!! She then brought me more out to me car, roughly shoved it into my lap, and walked away. That was extremely rude and very unprofessional! So then when I got home, the order wasn't correct. I ordered a side of broccoli with 2 of the 3 meals but I only got 1 and rice, which I didn't order. The broccoli was hard and dry, HORRIBLE! The rice was undercooked and ALL of the food was cold! The biscuits, though, were perfect. The next time I want food, Red Lobster will not even be an option!!!!
If you rated this Red Lobster on the wait staff it would be a solid 5!But, we talk of food as well. Today I got the fried fish and fries with a side of fried shrimp. As usual the biscuits were over the top delicious! The fish was very heavily breaded, way to much. And the fried butterfly shrimp tasted just like the Captain's from your local grocery store freezer. Definitely not ordering that again! My wife ordered salmon and was very pleased! After eating I asked the waitress what I might order next time with less breading. Good news! When you order tell the waitress how you want it breaded! Light next time!! Also she suggested trying the fried flounder, it's more like a catfish breading. Bottom line, we will be back!

I would like to start this review off by disclosing that I am reviewing this establishment as a DoorDash driver. If you are wanting to order seafood and have it delivered to you in a timely manner, then I wouldn’t order from this business. Despite the restaurant being relatively dead and lacking patrons, it has been taking much longer than it should to get orders out.It would be understandable if the restaurant was busy or if I could be given an accurate timeframe, but after you’re told “five more minutes” so many times, it gets rather irritable for both me as a driver and the customer I have to communicate with. All in all, don’t order delivery from here unless you have the patience of a saint. It takes longer to get the food out than is justifiable.
