Never have anything ready to go. The cook thinks he can have headphones in and take the orders. This places sucks so bad.....
Everytime we come here there's only ever 2 options to choose from because they haven't cooked anymore food, and this is during the middle of the day. I'm not usually one to complain or leave a review, but the employees were being way too overly obnoxious, gossiping the entire time, and huddling in a group on their phones we were there, all while one employee was working and the bowls remained empty. At least the option they did have was good, but still disappointed there was little to nothing to choose from.
I forgave them when I choked on a wire bristle that they clean the woks with. I did bring it to the managers attentiion at the time. I love their food that much.But I live 35 minutes from the nearest restsurant and their dining room is ALWAYS CLOSED. No more! I am at Newts sitting down and enjoying my meal while it is hot.
We are new to the area, we have been here twice. After the first time should have stopped there but wanted to give Benefit of doubt! This is the worst place do not spend your hard earned money. The food stinks!
Used to love to go here but not anymore! Clearly the kids that work there are lazy because the lobby is always closed now. They claim they are short staffed but looking inside from the front doors they are all just standing around and there are usually plenty of them doing that! Food quality has suffered too and its teally ashamed because it was so good at one time. I hope they can get it turned around after reading all the bad reviews!
First time I tried this location and have to say they really skimp on the serving size. Other locations pile the container full. Not the case here. I think I'll be better off going to a local Chinese restaurant
When this place first opened it was okay, but every time I've gone here since the rice has been crunchy and they always forgotten to give me soy sauce even when I specifically mention it. The last time I've gone here most recently has been the absolutely most sorry excuse for food I've ever received. Everything was incredibly dry and tasted old. My beef and broccoli was only broccoli!I will never be coming here again until these people can get their selves together.

Food was good . It was about 2:00 and some of the food wasn't as fresh.
