My first time visiting today while driving home., picked up a pound of slice beef {My usual place in Palestine was shut down by fire marshall). BBQ at Pablo's was GREAT, we will return. Probably try the Mexican one day.
Good service. Dining room really warm and uncomfortable. Brisket very tender, but also very dry. Beans, potato salad, and sausage, not one had any flavor that I liked. For that reason, I won't go back.
Dropped in for lunch on the way through town, and this is some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time.A sign in the lobby proudly proclaims “You don’t need teeth!” and my grandfather proved that correct with his rib plate. Will definitely stop by again.

Pablo's was a great choice for good BBQ and a quick bit to eat, they were speedy and the food was great. To top off your meal they have some great soft served ice cream.
Their sign is a giant SXS coach gun smoker. If you can't find it you are lost or blind. Only place in all the land with a proper brisket chimichanga. Giant coach gun and brisket chimichangas. Enough said.

I had the Mexican plate, with tamales. They were very good. Very moist and excellent taste. The charro beans are new, but they were great. My husband had a whole bbq chicken, very moist and all cooked perfectly. The flavor was amazing. On the side they had rice, charro beans, two roasted jalapeños, and a whole grilled onion, again great. We will be coming back again!!
Everything is good, the brisket, the ribs the bbq sauce!!???
