This was the absolute best experience I’ve had at a diner in 10+ years GET THE AVACADO SLAMMER!!!!! 10/10 recommended you have got to eat here!

Best burger ive had in Lufkin so far. Fries are great. All the veggies are fresh. They do take pride in their hamburgers and fries and it shows. Onion rings are good. Sweet tea is good. They have coke zero which my family enjoyed and we purchase regularly at home. Dinning areas are clean. Burnt tables are a very nice touch. The seats are comfy. The bathroom could use a little bit of tidying up but that's the customers making it dirty. The prices are good the food didn't take long. There weren't a big crowd but business stayed steady. The staff was friendly but on the loud side but sometimes that's just people's personalities are like that. I used to be a very loud type myself so I understand. It's nice but you don't have to wait on staff to refill your drinks for you because there is a soda fountain. The air conditioning is very nice so don't be afraid to sit down and eat your food with your family and enjoy it. Now the outside of the place could definitely use some sprucing up. But when you come to this place you come for the high quality food not necessarily for the aesthetics of the building itself. We will definitely be back for more this place will go in my top three places to eat in Lufkin. Until next time God bless.
Guy Fieri has apparently not found this place yet. The burgers are amazing! This eatery is busy at lunch time but they are very good at getting fresh food to your table in a timely manner. The burger comes with mayo, so if you are like me and prefer mustard, they will happily change it. The flavor can't be beat!! This is a must have if you are visiting Lufkin!
Yummy juicy hamburgers! I would probably use bigger thicker buns, but that's the only negative. Their patty melt is really good too. And their homemade pies are amazing! I've tried all three, coconut cream, lemon meringue, and chocolate. The staff are super nice and attentive.
I had mushroom Swiss burger, onions rings, homemade peach cobbler and coffee. It was delicious! And the people were friendly and happy. Glad I checked Google reviews and came here.
Got sick after eating here.There was a dead roach that when we sat down wasn't there so it had to have fallen off the plastic dish our meal was served on.We brought to the attention of the server we thought one plate of chicken strips was to much. Yes we had been served a large order.But until there was an additude like we were trying to steal something that was served on our plate did I get an additude. But the manager came out and said we either paid for it or she was taking it off of our plate.I said well either you have to throw it away or we will but it shouldn't go back in the kitchen. She took it back and not long after a customer ordered chicken strips and he received them right away. 10 to one he recipe ones I handled and she handled with our unsantized hands.Then one lady brought to go food back in the place that had been served out thru the drive thru. They took the food rewrapped the burger and placed the correct tag and served it to that customer had ordered it. WowWrong health and safety wise.And they didn't appreciate me telling them about the roach back on the floor by our booth.It will be a while b4 we return.Oh the manager excuse for all of this was people quitting. Hummmm wonder why!!!
Best Burgers I have ever had. No way I could eat a monster but even the size of their regular Cheese burgers put most places to shame. 100% will hit this next time I'm in Lufkin.
Amazing food. We’re in Lufkin from out of town. Moms son is in local hospital fighting for his life. Randomly talking with two employees eating dinner, thanked them for the delishes food. I started car and noticed they all got up and had a prayer ? for Dwayne. Thank ya’ll ❤️
Family Restaurant. Very large servings. You won't leave this restaurant hungry. We had the Chicken Fried Steak, but that is not all they serve . try the fried chicken also. They also offer take out.
