Food was horrible we asked if there was a senior discount the manager told the money in taker who was very very very nice that they only give senior discounts on drinks only the hamburgers were Bland the drinks were Bland their professional attitude was planned except for the money taker very very very nice the food server was Bland had to give us new drinks was no different still the diet coke was terrible the only thing that was good was the cheese had a little salt in it which made the meat palatable everything else I promise you was terrible we have to throw 85% of it away I only ate the hamburger meat and my dogs ate the rest of their hamburger meat for hamburger meat only and we still got cheese on the dogs Burgers terrible people terrible place Lufkin Texas gets a zero it's not even worth giving a star two McDonald's restaurant number 78962 gets a zero my order number was 07962 134 30407 to 22243 200-2335 I am horribly upset that I paid $23.35 for trash meal thanks a lot Lufkin Texas store number 7962
I like that i live across the street but i always have an item missing from my order every visit. Then today I was in line backed up the highway and when I make it to the intercom no answer. The person behind me gets to put her order in first? I said hello and a minute later I'm getting yelled at by the other drivers all because I was skipped so I drove off.
The night crew sucks! I couldn't even read off one simple order without being stopped to be asked a question only for them to mess up my order like how hard is it to stop, listen and then ask questions?
Probably one of the best McDonald's in Lufkin. Always fast and friendly service.
Foods standard McDonald's but it would be nice to get clean condiment packages. Nothing worse than a nasty stuck together ketchup.
We have visited this location a couple of times in the past couple of weeks and the food is always fresh and hot, even the fries. Sweet tea does taste a little odd but they have fast service.
So so felt very rushed in the Drive-Thru and then was told to pull up and Park almost like hurry up and get out of line so we can clock this order out early and make you wait for your food
Breakfast on days I don't want to cook. The pancakes n bacon with hash browns is always good. The iced coffee is what I'll be having for breakfast.
Quarter Pounder ordered with fries & Drink was good. Small Cheese Burger ordered was cold meat patty was unappetizing not freshly made. Could not eat more than 2 bites. My husband would not order anything else or let me take it back. Shared fries was his lunch.
Food was hot delicious and got everything we ordered to a T
