The workers are Always friendly and they always have the correct order and everything is on time. Even when there's a long line, they get things out relatively fast considering the length of the line.
The worst McDonald ever. After 2 years and a remodel I thought I would give them a try again. This time was worse than before, the employees are rude my food was disgusting. If I would have seen the rat review I would have never given any McDonald's my ? money or time
These employees won't stay off their phones and because of that I'm 15 mins late as Im writing this to go back inline to get two drinks that were supposedly in my customers bag but wasn't . The old manager told me to go back threw line with the line already being full once again. Because of this my order is going to be late because y'all can't stop hiring high school kids who think this is a joke.
They ALWAYS screw up my order at this location. Got 3 quarter pounders with no onions extra pickles. . .tell me why they gave me 3 meat cheese and ketchup pounders lol really bro? Yall just got to the one near frank st.Detour this one.
So One time me and my boys are about to walk into this godly given place and all the sudden I look down to stare at my hot pairs of shoes and I see a rat. Yes, a rat, but the thing is it wasn’t just one it was two. They were fighting with these spoons. Craziest thing I seen. Do I still go? Ofc
This location stays pretty busy but the food is really good here. May not be the best nutrition wise but you just can't beat that taste. Sometimes I crave the Big Mac I call it a Mac attack. But because of my diabetes a few hours later I have what's called the Big Mac blues. Must be all the carbs from the buns. The food is always fresh and delicious the staff is friendly and the place looks clean. The Price is Right. This franchise is doing a great job. We will continue to keep coming back as a family I highly recommend this location.
How is it everytime I order nuggets I never get the amount I'm supposed to. I have never, not once got the amount I order. I ordered 3 items and 2/3 were wrong. I didn't even change the ingredients.
They Never get our order right! Who has time that has a family of 5 to sit there and check every last thing! I worked fast food for years and got my orders right. As long as you can read you can!!!

Every single time they mess up on my order In some way whether it's by not listening,forgetting stuff, or just completely getting it wrong. I've also had a few encounters with absolutely rude employees taking my order. I've come in multiple times letting them know and all they do is say I'm sorry. I'm tired of this. Yall really need to get it together mcdonalds employees. This is insane.
