We went through the drive-through, and had a very pleasant experience. Christopher (at the first window) was polite and friendly, and our food was out quickly.
I like to come to this McDonald's because the Americano here is cheaper than in dedicated coffee shops and it's not half bad!The service is professional and friendly but there are times when the drive-through line can get quite backed up and I've had an order or two that felt like it was forgotten because it took so long for them to bring it out.My preference is to go in the dining area because it's kept clean and has been freshly updated. Also it's rarely crowded because it seems most people use the drive-thru at this particular McDonald's. Routinely I will bring a book and sit down at this location to have coffee.One of the assistant managers here is particularly friendly professional and helpful.

So I decided to stop by this location and let me just say the service was horrible. I went to order my food and the person was very rude, and when I asked for a manger to let them know how there employees talk to customers he was basically laughing at me and said he would take care of it. Which I highly doubt he did anything. Your employees may talk rude to there momma and daddy but I be damned if they are going to talk to me like they were. To the young man who came to the window thank you for being so nice and kind, and I hope your customer service gets noticed idk your name but thank you. You are appreciated by some people. Keep up the good work.
There was a 5 minute wait in line before ordering. After the order was made there was a easy flow of traffic. No issues to note at this particular time.
McDonald's has always been a good family time for us all. Sadly, the play place hasn't reopened yet
They have to keep up the good work alot of visitors here if they slack just a little bit it could go downhill.
First of all the management is horrible! I placed an order and realized items were missing once I got back home. I called back to speak with a manager. He left me on hold for 10 minutes as I heard them continue with their day. This is not the first time that I’ve had experiences as this at this location!! I will NEVER patronize this particular establishment AGAIN!
Probably one of the best McDonald's locations in Lufkin. Always fast and friendly service.
