Had a great dinner, fast and friendly service!
Dined in with my husband and 2 girls, we’ve been to Logan’s before but this most recent visit has been my favorite. We had the absolute sweetest and funniest server, she explained that she was new but she did great all together! We ordered the fried cheese and bacon burger and it was awesome, the waffle fries aren’t special but paired well with the burger. Thank you Kelsea for making our visit a great experience! We will definitely be back!
We had an early dinner, we were seated right away because it was after lunch rush and before the dinner rush. There was so much food! We were given 6 delicious dinner rolls (it was just my husband and myself) we each ate two and took the rest home. I had orders a small steak with added shrimp, apparently the rice comes with the shrimp so I needed to order another side besides the broccoli I had ordered, so I also ordered a salad. It was quite large for me, I was only able to eat a few bites of it if I had any plans of eating my steak & shrimp. I don't recall what my husband had ordered, but he didn't complain any. The steak was done just as I had ordered it (extra rare) and the service was good. I thought they used to offer buckets of peanuts, but not anymore.
Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. We had to ask for everything. Rolls, silverware, refills, even part of our order. Our food came out and it was so terrible. Not appetizing in appearance or taste. The server was so beyond caring and didn’t stop at our table once except if we flagged her down. I’m not exaggerating anything. All of this happened today. We won’t be back.
The rolls are absolutely to die for! The Loaded fries are as well. But the star of the show had to go to the deviled eggs.. You wouldn’t believe just how mind blowing delicious they really are. Great Texas atmosphere. Good place to take the entire family.
So disappointed with the food. Had a buisness meeting and the steak was the worst steak i have had in yrs. Not sure how they screwed up. From the cut of meat to the cook. Service was good being fair but not sure if i can give another try for better review.
Great service. Food horrible. Steak was cooked perfectly but was loaded with salt. The beans were salty and dry, tasted like were made a week ago. The bread was under cooked, no browning and was gummy.
Bad service and food not cooked all the way
Great food and cheap prices along with cordial service, but management not aware of proper customer service. Server made honest mistake when charging our account, under charging us by six dollars. We were going to add that to her tip either way. Management made her post void the bill and charge us the right amount. They never came to our table to apologize or anything like it, while my card was charged twice because of their mistake. With a professional management team with common sense, this would have never happened. We will be back for sure, the pregnant young lady who took care of us was very nice and friendly.
