Offer the cheese packets when we order. We ALWAYS forget about them!
So after making my order and going through the line to pick it up I decided I would like to add some hot wings since they have them ready they refuse to honor the price that they have on their menu so that they have a new system and a new owner when talking to the manager she laughed at me when I asked why she wouldn't answer the price will never go here again would not recommend it to anybody poor management unclean work environment.
Great pizza. Get it now. I've only had one problem at this location and they corrected it asap.
Although this pizza place may not be of everyone's taste, I have always liked it there. The employees are outstanding in that they do their best to deliver you the best pizza and service they can offer.
The young lady that took my order made sure everything was fresh
I have been waiting on a refund for 13 days. They keep telling me that they issued it and my card says they haven’t recieve nothing from them I have emails to prove it I called mark and nick Ay the John Reddit store they both were rude as they can get and won’t do nothing I am fixin to take this to better business burue ans chamber of commerce they will get reported east texas don’t do business with them
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and Buffalo Caesar wings. My Server obviously hated his job. I was unceremoniously handed my pizza and “wings”. I got home to find out my wings were indeed breadsticks. Two stars because the pizza was good, the service was terrible and the order was wrong.
Called order ahead, paid at drive thru window, guy tells me order will be right out. I park and 35 minutes later, i go back in and they tell me they are out of ingredients to make my order. Such a horrible experience here. That is probably why i cant remember the last time i went to little caesars.
Staff was friendly and my food came out fast.
Usually great food and service. This time no food very poor service. Lobby closed yet door dash and the online portal can use the lobby. And no pizza ready!
