We had to wait for someone to acknowledge we were there waiting to be seated. Several people walked past us and kept going. The girl that finally seated us was not friendly. Our waiter he is so slow and never checked on us. Our food was cold. The butter on the pancakes wouldn't even melt. We were going here to eat at least once a week. The last 2 visits have been horrible. We decided we won't be going back.
Our local Ihop is usually a nice place to go to for Breakfeast or Brunch. Today made a huge turn with our experience. Understaffed or not Horrible experience with our waitress -Kristen/Kristina!Not worth my $80.00 ticket ! Do better Ihop. Your buisness is open because of your guest. Want better for your guest.
Food was delicious as it usually is but the curbside pickup experience leaves room for much improvement as they conveniently forgot my order when they were doing a shift change - I had to call them twice and come in the restaurant once to get my food that had probably sat there for an hour. First time I have felt uncomfortable with this restaurant.
I hadn't been back to IHOP in about a year because of an unfortunate hair experience. Needless to say, I was worried about returning. However, it was late, I was tired and didn't want the other options. I prayed and headed to pick up an order. The pancakes were meh, but the omelet? THE OMELET? I immediately wanted to go back to the restaurant and order another. I didn't want to tempt fate though. It was good to have a pleasant experience from this place again. See you in another year.
We went and the food was not like it use to when Mike had it. .fries tasted like old grease ,ask for fresh fries waitress informed me the cook said it will be the same bc they haven't changed the grease out. Was very shocked about that.
Old school chicken Florentine crepes have always been my favorite. You cant find them on the menu but the chef always knows the secret recipe. AMAZING (ask for extra hollandaise another level delish)

Ordered online for curbside pickup and was told it be ready at a certain time. Got there and waited an hour for the food to come out. Tried several times to call the restaurant and no one answered. Went in online and checked in online. After a while I got an answer and the lady told me she had no control over the application and had no way of knowing when the customer was there for pick up. Fix your application IHOP please. :/
Our servir was very polite and very helpful. Our meal took a little longer than usual but was good. And otherwise the service was also good..
Can't event be shortage in staff, about 5 different waitresses including the one that sat me walked around made eye contact with Me. Still ignored my table for 35 minutes, while others sat down same aisle got treated better. Absolutely worst IHOP in Lufkin, needs way more customer service training. Definitely need to stick with my nac IHOP. This visit tonight by far the worst.
