Will never order from Lufkin Dominos again. Thank God for the delivery tracker online. I followed Jessie delivery driver the whole time. He passed the turn off street to my house went a couple blocks and wasn't in my neighborhood then completed the order, but wasn't anywhere near my neighborhood. Then I called dominos the wait time on hold was long they answered and the man said he's in you neighborhood and I was like he's nowhere near but Jessie the delivery driver completed my order. Then I waited about 12 more minutes he still hadn't delivered my pizza yet. I called back again and waited 15 minutes on the phone nobody ever answered. Then another 10 minutes Jessie finally came with my order and the food wasn't even hot and fresh. This was a terrible experience.

They are amazing! The food is always great I get it delivered and the drivers are always so nice! I love everything about this place and the staff to me they are by far the best place to order food from. The pizza and lava cakes are our fave I could go on for hours about how awesome I think they are! Thank you for all the amazing dinners y’all!!!❤️❤️❤️

Ordered online, drove to store. Sign on front door said "lobby closed". Drove to drive up window, heard driveway bell ring twice. Then sat there for 7 minutes. Nobody came to the window,(although saw him getting boxes nearby). I called and got corporate somebody who transfered me to the local store. Then I got somebody to come to the window. This guy never offered any extras (to buy ! Did not want free stuff). Took 10 minutes to get a "pre-Ordered" pizza that was cold. Next time I will try CICI'S OR frozen from store.
This was my 1st time ordering online. There was a mixup & I only received part of my order.....the wings without the pizza. The delivery guy was great; gave me a suggestion. I called local store; eexplained my issue. The manager was fantastic; very nice, very helpful. My original pizza order was delivered in less than 30 minutes. It wasn't the store's fault. The Lufkin, Tx Domino Pizza location provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Caution to other 1st time online orderers: double check your order if you "add" to your order. Thank you Lufkin store.
Took well over an hour to get our cold, burned food. Location will not answer the phone. Horrible service.
It was absolutely terrible the manager there was angry yelling at his workers and making my pizza. The manager can't even do it right. I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce extra pepperoni, and got nothing but plain pizzas with no extra nothing. I got a pepperoni pizza with bearly any pepperoni's on it. NO EXTRA sause and. My cheese pizza didn't even have more cheese than my pepperoni pizza! What is this even? I'm NEVER going here again untill they get a new manager this place is TERRIBLE.
If I could give u 0 stars I would management is rude at night everything was cold and he says sorry not hey let me fix that y'all drove almost all the way here or here's ur money back just sorry..........smdh I can't believe we paid for this
