Ordered on line for curbside But glad I had to go in they didn't have anything I ordered and tried give me free ice cream really Poor service and need to order supplies
Jessica is amazing!!! She always makes sure all my orders are correct and fresh and exactly how I want it. She’s so polite and caring. I have never had an issue with going to DQ on John Reditt. Love this place!
Jessica is unpolite at the window taking orders. ALSO they were out of 2 different blizzard flavors and the fries were old.
We have been here on SEVERAL occasions. Every single time we have been told that the ice cream machine bag is out. Mind you, it’s currently 6:30 and we were just wanting some dessert after dinner. Terrible. The restaurant also looked like it had already been shut down for the night like they didn’t want anymore customers. Especially since the first thing they said at the drive through was “Will you be ordering food today?”
Good food, tray was dirty but staff was friendly and food was hot and tasty.

Great burgers and ice cream
I have tried to buy a Blizzard from this location four times in the last several months. On two of those occasions their card reader was down. On the other occasions, their ice cream machine was down. Either this location has some perennial and debilitating technology issues or something more nefarious is going on. But, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I've now been fooled four times! I won't be visiting this location again.
Highly disappointed! Went there through drive thru for a couple blizzards each time I went and every time it has been barely mixed with at least half of it just the vanilla part of a blizzard! And barely any of the mix stuff to make it a blizzard! Also half the time they are out of something we wanted like cheesecake or cookie dough! I went in once and sat down and got a decent blizzard and my husband got a good banana split! Which is the only reason why I put 2 stars! Would highly recommend to not go here until they actually start doing there job!
