Great food and service! And even brought some Christmas gifts.
Curbside FailI ordered curbside to be scheduled at 7PM. I had both a text message and an email message that asked me to click on a link to "check-in" and tell the restaurant I was there. Neither of these 2 separate links worked. When I got to the store I called the number on the Curbside sign in front of me. I was early. It was 6:45PM and I told the staff member I was early. She asked me what spot I was parked in and told me that she would bring out my order when it was ready. I waited until 7:10PM and called again and told the staff (again) where I was and told them that they were now 10 minutes late. Someone brought the order right out and told me it had been ready and "somebody must have forgot to bring it out". When I arrived home, my ice cream for the cobbler was melted and I was not provided a spoon for my soup - only a packet with a fork/knife. I was already up on the 2nd floor of a hotel and had changed into my pajamas. I had to get dressed and go to a gas station to get a spoon for my soup. All of the hot items in my order were cold. Uncool!
????☕️ very good food and excellent service! and fast delivery
The biscuits were very dry, the cornbread was burnt not to mention dry, the macaroni could have had something added to it was really bland, and the tea wasn't all that. Now the chicken fried chicken was awesome! Nice waiters too. Just don't like being followed around the store part like I'm was going to steal something.
Went to crack barrel this morning for breakfast on 4/2/2022. Took a few minutes to be seated which was understandable. The real issues all started after I was seated. It seemed like no one wanted to wait on me. There were people who were seated after I was that had their drinks and silverware before I did. I had to practically ask and beg for all the basics. silverware, creamer for my coffee and sugar for my coffee. The waiter was kind but you could tell she would of much rather been dealing with anyone else. I eventually just got up and walked out. So if you're a single person who travels and works a lot like I do avoid this place at all cost. They will treat you as a 2nd rate citizen/guest. By far one of the most unfriendly solo dining experiences I've ever had. So much so that a person who never writes reviews who compelled to come write this.
The food was good, but service was very slow. The wait staff was very friendly.
I arrived a little before 7 and it wasn't busy but still took forever to get a waitress, when we finally put our order in it came out completely wrong! We received our food around 7:45 but I didn't want to send it back and wait however long for the right orders to come, it was just a horrible experience. The service is normally good but I guess I caught them on an off night..
Admittedly, it was late for a meal at 8:30pm. We were seated promptly but then we had to wait for a server... too long since they were not busy and there seemed to be quite a few staff members. Food was disappointing. Meat was tough. This was only our second visit so maybe we'll give it one more try.
I thought it would be a good idea to take myself out for my birthday breakfast what a mistake. Cold gravy, Hard biscuit, Cold hash browns and a super greasy chicken fried hamburger patty. "Bad food is made without pride, by cooks who have no pride, and no love. Bad food is made by chefs who are indifferent, or who are trying to be everything to everybody, who are trying to please everyone… Bad food is fake food… food that shows fear and lack of confidence in people's ability to discern or to make decisions about their lives."
Pleasantly surprised that all these years of CB dining, I never knew the loaded baked potato was on the menu. It was top shelf. It's my new favorite premium side.
