So I’m going to take some credit for this because I saw the low reviews and ignored it. “How can you ruin pizza?” I thought. Low and behold, they did. Sadly I decided to get a flatbread pizza. It didn’t get made until my husband arrived to pick it up because they weren’t sure what toppings I wanted. Then they still burnt it! I could barely even eat it but I was so hungry I just ate around the burnt part. I hadn’t been to CiCi’s in forever and thanks to this visit I probably won’t be back; atleast to this specific one. Luckily I was just visiting Lufkin. Either way, no Bueno CiCis!
This particular Little Caesars will be my go to store! Ashanti F. is the sweetest employee there. Her smiling face is so welcoming. :) she needs a raise! She’s the best!
It has improved alot!! It was clean. The buffet stayed full of pizzas. The employees and manager are very friendly and working hard to keep up and to make the customers happy! The pizza was good too!!
The service was awesome. Greeted when we walked in and left. They were busy when I got there and were quick to clean up for next customers. Variety of hot pizzas ..Everything was stocked. I was satisfied.
? we came today for lunch 12:30ish and it was horrible. Tables and floors were dirty and staff(a lot of people) was unfriendly. Won’t make this mistake again. We will only come back after 5 with the normal staff(small group) working so it’ll be great food with a friendly staff and a nice clean environment and pleasant atmosphere. They get 5 ⭐️ !!!
We had my son's 12th birthday party today at Cici's pizza and it was awesome!! Ms. Jamaica and the whole Cici's team made sure it was plenty of pizza hot and fresh,fresh salad, plenty of desserts and it was very clean! The bathrooms were clean as well!! Thanks for making a great ending for my son's birthday we appreciate you and the whole team!!
Their customer service was amazing! Super friendly employees, especially the cashier. The food was great and the environment was clean and organized. Will definitely eat here again :)
It’s a nice change to have smiles from CiCis people who seem to care about their guests. Management team even goes around checking on it’s guests now. I love it. Family friendly atmosphere now. variety of fresh good pizzas kept coming. Even made to order special pizzas exactly what you asked for. Deserts fresh, salad bar fresh and full. Welcomed everyone coming, thanked them for coming when everyone was leaving. People kept that bell ringing when they left. My grand children love to come eat while watching a movie and play in the game area. It’s always clean when we come too. That’s always a plus. Definitely will keep coming back
This place could use better management. They need to clean the place better and keep the pizza and pasta full at all times. I love CiCi's and this is the worst I have seen as far as restaurant conditions. Not good for business
Went with my boyfriend probably around 8 we was one of the last ones to come in the new GM was a very sweet lady who introduced herself they made us fresh pizzas even though nooone else came in even made the desert of our choice FRESH even when the guy already clocked out and was about to go home definitely LOVED IT!!!!
