Always hot, great food. The staff is kind, caring and polite..
If I could give the place zero stars I would. They gave me burnt nuggets and 5 pieces of fries In my order. They are also rude and like to rush you while ordering through the drivethru.
I love burger king. One fast food place you go and get full!
The 2for 5 deals they have are awesome and the food is always good day or night
We were given shakes that were half made and had the smell of rotten milk, so we knew they were no good for consumption. We will never stop at this location again... that's Hazardous for your health!
Food was out on time but was not very good. Fries were fresh but the chicken sandwich and nuggets were pretty bad.
The food is good and the day shift is great. But everytime I go there past 6pm my food gets messed up every. Single. Time. I have the most simple burger to make, it's plain and dry, literally only meat, bacon and cheese. But they mess it up every time, get some employees in the evening that will do the job that they are supposed to do.
I'm so disappointed with this place lately.I've been told multiple times when trying to go through the drive-thru around 9 that they're out of chicken. After the 3rd time, I decided to order on the app just to see what happened and they suddenly had the chicken for my mobile order after saying they didn't have it for my drive-thru order. So the employees are obviously telling customers they are out of the items they don't want to prepare. I've worked in multiple kitchens, I know how it works.I put in a mobile order tonight and got 2 chicken Jr's with bacon and onion added. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed one of the employees behind the girl at the window read the order and angrily yell to someone in the back that they had an order for chicken, which only makes me think I'm right about them not wanting to prepare certain items. I checked through the bag to make sure I had everything (cause they've left items out the past 2 times I went), but I waited until I got home to open the sandwiches - no bacon, no veggies, just chicken slapped between two buns. They obviously need better management in this location.
Omg...the 3-11 service is horrible the bad service starts at the speaker no greeting at all then they rush you through your order...no one wears a hair net nor do they wear gloves the food is just thrown together ! From what I've seen it's a bunch of un coached kids.
I like their spicy whopper!! I like their ham and cheese croissants! !! I
