Our server was Ashley and she was so amazing. My son didn't know for sure what sauce he wanted on his wings, so she brought him out a few samples so he could find his perfect match. We never had to wait for anything because she was so attentive to us. We will be back to sit in her section in the very near future. I've never been so impressed with the level of service we received today. Thank you Ashley for being so amazing.
The kid who seated us looked like he just rolled out of bed. The restaurant wasn't busy. The girl that waited on us took a while to get our order and my food was brought out 10 minutes before my husband's wings. My fries were cold and the burger lukewarm by that time. She DID apologize for it taking so long. We told the manager about our visit and he thanked us for letting him know. We won't be back.
My wait was around 20 minutes or more for my online order. I finally asked someone about my order as they passed by me and he replied "is that it?" and pointed to a wire rack by the register. It was and it was almost cold by then. Very disappointed. The glass door entrance was filthy. Management and wait staff get 1 star for there "I don't care how long you stand there attitude"!
Very crowded and loud. Understaffed. My food was ok but they never brought my son's food until every one else was finished and we had already asked for the check. They brought his food as we were leaving. I would have thought they would have offered to take his food off our check or at least discount it but neither of those things happened and then they acted put out when we asked for a to go box to put his food in since we were all ready to go by then. I will not be going eating here again.
Went on a Monday night. 2 people at the bar where I was. Maybe 8 in the entire restaurant. Had to ask to get my beer and refill. Got a salad to go. Was good until I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. Not a good experience overall.
Lorene IS the BEST WAITRESS!! I truly loved the way she took our order. She took her time and maintained a smile as well as had the patience and helped me through my order. Even though the ones who made my food got my order wrong . She was very kind enough to have me get something else off the menu but I was honestly already full but she gave me an amazing drink that she made herself to go I truly thank her for her service and patience she had LOVED HER definitely worth having her take my order!!!.
The food was good at this location. The service was awesome. The bartender was cool and the drink she made me was good. It was very chill around lunch time on a Saturday. I'm going back.
I haven’t eaten here in several years. We had our grandsons in town and they like to go there. Our waitress Cady was wonderful! My meal was fabulous. I loved the Hatch Queso and my cheese burger was the best I’ve had in a long time. We will certainly return.
Had 6 in our party. Stood at the front reception area and was never greeted or acknowledged. After a while of this we left and went to a steakhouse. Funny, we were greeted immediately. Go figure.
Location can be a hit or miss depending on the day and time. The last few visits have been pretty good with fast service and actually hot, tasty wings.
