This Luv's is one of our regular travel stops now. You can count on it to be clean and well-stocked with whatever you need to continue on your trip. Recently, we are stopping in the Arby's for a dinner stop on our way back home. My favorite is always the turkey and Swiss sandwich. The folks that work here are always pleasant and quick to assist you.
Naomi did an amazing job of ensuring not only quality food but exceptional customer service. She took the time to go tabe to table and check on everyone and apologize for us having to wait on food. By wait I mean 5 mins not even a waiting my experience. She did it with a beautiful smile that changed my bad day into a great one. When I go back to that location it will only be because of Naomi's amazing service.
I love the idea I'm from SC. and it is hard to find Mello Yellow good thing I don't live to far so I can get my Arbys fix and the drink... Thank you. Wish we still had 1 in Nacogdoches...
Bought a 6 piece nugget today...cashier was a young guy ...nice enough no problems there...but he took my payment then prepared my meal... still no problem...UNTIL I saw his fingernails when he handed me my nuggets...it looked as if he had been digging mud....of course then I was scared to eat them because he may have inadvertently touched my food because he had no gloves on...didn't say anything but posting this so a manager can see and address how important it is to have clean hands when handling customers food. Just didn't want to make a scene and embarrass the young guy because he was doing a good job..But..clean hands are ESSENTIAL to maintaining repeat customers.
I bought two salad and they have hair in them wish I can post pictures. Look carefully if you go there. If your hair is coming out you need not made the food
It was aight. Kinda made my belly hurt. Had to eat in the car cause we were traveling out of town. Everything was made fresh tho
Since this is the only Arby's for a hundred miles we drive the 5 miles out of way to get here. They have been having issues with supply but the work crew is very friendly and try to make the experience the best it can be.
Arby's was great . Food was delicious and people were very attentive and courteous.I will be going back soon and more often.
I'm giving so many stars because how awesome the lady was who took my order. Bless her she had to tell everyone they were out of the cheese sauce and a few other things.They put sliced cheese on ours and it was fine. I got cheese sticks with broncoberry sauce and they were great. My husband didn't like all the Arby's sauce on his it was a lot. But I loved mine and I will be back.I will say, the owners need to get those workers what they need. Fast food joins are stressful enough with out them running out.
They didn’t have many items. No body knew how to change the paper in the receipt box. They ask for a name and don’t even call it. Was standing there for at least 3 minutes. And my food was already on the counter. Their customer service sucks!
