did a pickup order and everything was great. however we were charged for fuel for using our own vehicle to pick up our own food.
I think it was rubbery was not bad just not the best. By the time got home pizza cold and similar taste as frozen pizza at united. The seasoning in crust was way to much. I think should consider as an option. First time trying it. I asked how much wings were they said they are $1.50 each. That is freaken outrageous price. No kinda of bundle and they didn't seem excited to have customers.
This was our first time eating here but it definitely won't be the last! My wife had the and she really liked it! And she's pregnant so that's saying a lot! I had a small pizza and it was AMAZING!!! We'll have to try more for sure! Hopefully soon! The awesome waitress helped us with our selections and she did great for us! She's also due in June!❤
Pizza is a mess. Entire thing shifted to one side from driver. Everything else is alright.UPDATE:We believe it was a one time issue and the management was amazing in trying to rectify the situation.
Lacking even the slightest customer service. I pick up an online order tonight and had to wait several minutes for the person at the front desk to just go grab it from the back. The cashier said: "oh, it's ready. I'll go grab it in a few." ... That "few" turned into almost 10 minutes, and not because they were raving busy or anything like that.We got the club sandwich and the bread was so soggy with grease that it fell apart, cheese sticks were okay but not great, and the fried mushrooms were soggy as if they'd been sitting there for a while. Very disappointed with the food and the unfriendly service -only tried this place after hearing about it on a Lubbock Foodie FB page.
Took over an hour to get our food. A big large group was finishing up but really no reason for our order of a pizza and a burger with 4 wings to take an hour. My husband ordered 4 wings and they were came to the table cold. Over all wasn't impressed especially since the Facebook foodie group hyped this place up.
We've been here a few times and I am sure we will be back again. The pizza (love the crust) and cheese sticks were delicious and the service was very good.
Ordered delivery and while the driver was super nice, it was very late instead of 8:15, we got it at 8:45, I understand things get busy. However, when your pizza loving kids say “this tastes like cardboard”… you know it’s bad. Pictures of all the nope bites. The salad is wilted and tastes weird, so can’t eat that either. The only things edible were the fried pickles and cheese sticks. Out $60 and still have hungry kids. Where is the sauce !? Oh and one of those is pepperoni, I count 3 pepperonis LOL.
My husband bought us lunch from there today. It was amazing!!! We've ate at several places and this by far is the best we've had. If you haven't tried Woody's yet I definitely would! You won't be disappointed!
Awful awful , never changed the menu from pre pandemic they said would take off the wings I didn't order and said they was already cooked so what I'm the dam customer and you can adjust the price . They was not interested in anything I had to say .please don't go there .I called the place and he covered for the employees had no concern for me ,most places say how can we make it right he had no plans on listening to me. Wings not cooked fully. I showed the staff exactly what I had ordered and still disagreed with me but seem not to say how can we make it rightAnd in response to the owners reply I never took any food from restaurant but I showed what I exactly ordered and was still screwed. I will post again to social media and I will never eat there again
