Very unprofessional their hats were backwards and they were not wearing hair nets. One employee was vaping in the front where everyone could see him. Food was okay but I definitely had better at a different wingstop.
They say Dine-in when you google. I don't like to carry out because the food gets cold and soggy. I'm sorry that I ordered online.
Most of the food was good. Service was good considering it was Super Bowl Sunday. Prices were good.
This location always turns off the ability to online order. The app states “online ordering is unavailable at this location”. This is ridiculous. If you place an order in store you will wait an hour+. The ability to online order helps with not having to sit there while you wait but guess what, you cannot do so. I’m not sure why online ordering is disabled. It’s only 7pm and they close at 12am. Get it together.
I placed my order online, then I wanted to call because I wanted my chicken to be done well and crispy. I was on hold for 35 minutes. Then the call was disconnected. All along, I was outside looking at the attendant and I saw her pick up the phone and slam it down. I would’ve gone in, but I was on a work conference call. Then when I went to and the girl at the front counter was sniffling and rubbing her nose and I even saw her liquid come out of her nose. She seem to be sick and wasn’t wearing a mask. The chicken was rubbery and undercooked. But that could’ve just been my preference I like it to be cooked well done. There are so many wing places around town now that I think I’m over Wingstop and going to be going to other places to venture out.
Always a horrible experience @ Wingstop on slide. Staff doesn’t care, slow, never makes order ready window.
90 percent of the time I have a good experience, I use the online ordering to make my life easier.
So very slow. They need to take some notes from Chick-fil-A across the street. I literally watched 10 people walk in and walk out to go somewhere else because it was an hour wait
If you order it online you'll still have to wait for it. I've only ordered online once and was able it pick it up when I went in and that's because I was 30 minutes late going to get it.The floor by the drink machine is always sticky.The cooks always look so rough! Pants sagging, du-rags hanging out, nobody wearing a mask, shirts dirty...I'm not understanding it. I'm a big fan of the thighs though. This addition makes me very happy!
Don't bother ordering drinks with your food. The drinks never get delivered with the food and the store never answers their phone so there is no way to remediate the issue when something in your order is wrong.
