Went to have lunch today at wingstop. I haven't eaten there since the start of covid because they were only takeout and since I am in the field, I usually want to sit down to eat.Being a Plumber I've worked in a lot of restaurants in this town and been in the kitchens of most restaurants in Lubbock. Especially this particular store since I was the person that did the original plumbing on it. I used to be so impressed by how clean they kept their kitchen considering they Have 4 fryers that handle grease which tends to splash beside and behind the equipment, yet anytime I had to go work in the stores and pull the equipment out it had been scrubbed nightly and everything was immaculate. This was the case for all the Lubbock stores.Things were a little different today. There was one group of people eating when we walked in at 1215 and only 2 other people that came in while we were there. It's not like they were just slammed with a lunch crowd and didn't have a chance to clean up after the rush. The tables were all dirty and we had to scrub the sauce off of one to sit at it. After observing the rest of the conditions throughout the store I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut this place down. I'm not sure I'll ever return to this place

Store does not honor order placed with promotional code. They could have reached out to inform but instead I waited for my order only to be told they weren’t going to honor it.Out of all the wing stops in Lubbock the one on Slide is hands down always a great experience.
this place is disgusting the food was cold except the fries the soda were out of a lot of stuff and the place was disgusting. never coming to 4th street wing stop AGAIN!
This place is disgusting. Everything from the dining room to the kitchen. The soda machine was out of almost every soda, cashiers we’re sitting at the counter while customers were ordering. Not a single person in the facility was wearing gloves, not even the people handling food. The cooks were vaping and openly coughing all over in the back. The floors, coke machine, windows and doors needed desperate cleaning. I would love to know what they received on their health inspection. I will definitely not be back.
Sage( I believe is her name), the cashier is very sweet and did a good job about keeping everyone informed on when their order would be coming out. MUCH better customer service and professionalism than I’ve seen here before.
We ordered lemon pepper, Louisiana rub and hot. Hot was normal but the other 2 rubs were non-existent, zero flavor and very bland even though Louisiana rub is supposed to be a ??? spicy. 3rd times a charm terrible place for wings.
Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. I rang for 8 minutes and not a single phone pick up. Not to mention the wings are of poor quality at times. You’re probably better off ordering from another location or place entirely.

I attempted to order my food over the phone and no one answered. I went to the store and I ordered my food at 6:50ish and didn't get my order until 7:30ish pm. The cashier was sweet and polite. The order took FOREVER though. I will not get anymore food from Wing Stop.
