WORST WORST WORST customer service PERIOD! Not sure if it was her time or what but she had the worst attitude and did not want to help me with my order whatsoever. Tried substituting certain condiments and she stated she could only take them out and not change them, even after I offered to pay the difference. I also asked to change the cold onions to grilled onions and she said they had already "cleaned the grill" so they couldn't make them. The closing hour is at 11pm, I was there at 9:50 trying to place my order. I will never ever visit one of these establishments again and never recommend yall to anyone if that employee doesn't lost her job or like she should. She should not be allowed to speak to customers with the way she speaks to them. Very very unprofessional and unfortunate too in all honesty. At the end I told her I was going to leave a negative review before I cancelled my order and she said "that's fine it doesn't bother me." Something needs to be done here.
All I wanted was a cucumber lemonade and a medium drink for my kid and it cost me 7.99! When I told the lady at the window that the price she charged me wasn't what was on the menu she got rude real quick and told me the price has changed they just haven't changed it on the drive thru menu. So I paid almost 8.00 for 2 drinks!! The cucumber lemonade was ok but so sweet almost like syrup. I will make my own at home and it won't cost me 8.00!
Got there asked what was on the bbq he started yelling told us to pull up got at window gave the money than waited like 10 min for food there was no cars in front or behind than was giving to us they didn't ask if we need any condiments the old lady just gave us the food didn't give us our drink waited like another 10 min we started honking knocking on window finally than I told her we needed our drink and still didn't say nothing and just shut the window it was the worse service ever I don't think we will return
Good place to eat when you feel like eating a good hot dog.ice cream for dessert. Thanks guys
Cheap hot dogs for a cheap price. You get what you pay for, and it's pretty good sometimes.

Order all three brisket options and I only like the hot dog...the sandwich and the fries were cold when they got to the table. They did offer to warm it up in the microwave but what's the point when it's supposed to be hot when served?
The manager was really friendly and had a great attitude. Try the BBQ fries I really enjoyed those.
I was pleasantly surprised after not eating it in probably a decade. Its good.
Food was GREAT and the employees were SUPER FRIENDLY!
