Food was good. Buns weren’t very fresh but needed more Mayo!
The line was long in drive through so thought I would go inside big mistake. A burger fries and drink was all I ordered. The girl at the counter took my order and I got my number ASAP and waited and waited for about 30 - 45 min. it would have been better to stay in line. It's like she took my order and forgot about me. looking right at me standing there in plain sight but taking and giving everybody else their orders seemingly larger orders too. I finally just walked up and ask for my order and she immediately when and got it. "I am so sorry!" that goes with out saying. I don't understand. I could understand if I wasn't standing about 4 feet in front of her.. just saying and maybe it me I was trying not to make her night miserable by asking for my order every 5 minutes.

My wife order a 6 piece basket they were small.I orderd a double meat cheese with bacon and got a singal meat chesse with bacon.Tasted ok wish they would have gave me what i orderd.

Got some burgers the other night. They accidentally gave someone else my order. Took a while to get mine but they gave me free fries and a cookie. I appreciate their efforts!
If you like fries over cooked and burgers undercooked! This is your place !!this place is always busy! , maybe that's why the poor quality of food! If you want to wait for that type of food then enjoy! Other then that run away!
I really enjoy Whataburger's food but the service at this location is poor at best. Didn't get what I asked for with multiple items, constantly do not receive the BBQ sauce with the kids chicken strips, and tonight multiple fries were dumped over and put in the bag upside down. Not a major issue but when you work fast food you KNOW if you dump the fries in with the bottom down they will stay it the bag for the most part with a few that come out. But for it to be upside down...that's just a lack of caring and the attitude from the guy at the window showed how he really felt about working there. I will be going back to whataburger but maybe not this particular one
This location is one of my favorites, they're always courteous, fast and accurate. Just went in for a pie and coffee this trip. I've been eating at Whatabuger for years, never fail to meet my expectations.
It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this place has earned it. Employees are almost always rude and they get your order wrong 99% of the time.
