The chicken was fresh cooked, however I asked for extra cheese, didn't get it, payed for it but didn't get it. The fries were stone cold and tasted terrible . Will never go to this location again. The people working there were too busy talking extremely loud to do any actual work.

I could not believe a manager staff member said "the register was racist and that it only works for white people" It was offensive towards my guest, myself. The young people working there were so nice & helpful! I've only been to WB a handful of times but she was very patient & friendly with me. My order took a little longer b/c I ordered the fish, but they got it out quicker than expected. And the fish was tender, flaky and very tasty! (Although I think I'll just order the fillet next time...the "sandwich" part wasn't too impressive. But I'm not griping! The fish was really good! ?
Every time I go like I don't know Just now... the lady is always rude!! Like my order wasn't even complex. Just #4 large, she was so rough she yelled at me," order when you're ready!" So I said, ok, # 4 large. She said, ok, anything else. I said no, then cut me off cause I said what about my drink. So she continued to yell and back my order. And they asked what I wanted to drink. So yeah, the hell with that location. Rude for no reason.
I live in Virginia. A land desolate of Whataburger. I'm from Texas and miss their wonderful burgers. In my eyes, they can do no wrong (almost).
I intend no knock on the brand they're my go to favorite. And, I understand that there are shortage of personnel worldwide! With that said normally Whataburger we get four and a half to five stars from me, but an online order yesterday in Lubbock Texas took over 30 minutes for my dine-in after I ordered and checked in. It was properly prepared to my order and they were trying very very hard.
Not the best this time. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and a drink. First drink uncarbonated, they were out of sweet tea for the 2nd option. When we got home, we realized we only got one order of fries.
Terrible wait time in the drive thru and Angie the cashier at the window had a bad attitude, she lied about having sugar and tried to pass off sweet-n-low for my coffee. No silverware in the bag. Had to go into store and get my receipt and complain about NO sugar. The manager NEVER even showed their face... WOW!! Kitchen - even though it took 45 mins for an order of biscuits and gravy, it was good. Thank you for that. Not going back to this establishment!!! BOOOOOOO.....
Was busy but still got food pretty fast. Food was good as usual. They did forget bacon on my burger but was fixed quickly.
My burger was cooked perfectly with fresh and crispy vegetables and just the right amount of mayonnaise. Delicious! The fries were golden crispy on the outside but soft inside... Superbly made. My only suggestion would be to salt the fries just a tad more salt to the fries when they come out of the fryer. I want to thank you for having a fantastic tasting fountain Dr.. Pepper!! The carbonated water to syrup ration is on point! I er all a job well done and thoroughly enjoyed!!
