The food was good as always and the service was speedy.My complaints are that they got the order wrong. They forgot bacon on my passenger's burger and forgot my chocolate chip cookie.Fast food is about consistent food quality, fast service, and accuracy when filling orders. Particularly in the drive-thru.
Went there, ordered through the drive thru. They told me to pull forward which I did. I waited for 10 minutes and watched them serve the next 3 people behind me.. before I went in and requested a refund so I could go someplace else. They looked at me like the didn't understand why I wanted a refund, then brought the food out a minute later. The food was good, but I waited way too long, and will just go across the street next time to another chicken joint.
There is a certainty at every Whataburger that you will wait for your food and it will be worth the wait. I think the food at the location is quality, but my order has been wrong every 1 in 3 times at the drive through. They make it right every time so I'd honestly lean towards 4 stars, but it's driven us to go to other Whataburgers in town.
I really dislike this whataburger and I'm sad that this is the closest on to my house. Every visit I've had, has been under particularly for sure.. I understand EVERY whataburger takes a little longer than say a McDonald's but the time on this order was ridiculous. They got 2 cars behind me out before my 2 meal order. Fries were cold and hard, no napkins. Overall not worth the money or time on this visit. Will not be back to this location. Will use the gas, time, and money to go to Quaker instead.
There’s 0 reason that a drive through order for 3 people should take almost 30 minutes from time of order. Whoever the manager is, sucks at teaching his crew time management. Quality of feed and service has declined so much.
This is the first Time coming back to Whataburger in over a year and I have to say I regret it. The burger and fries where stale and tasteless. The bacon was like rubber and they forgot to give me a brink untill after I was almost finished with the meal.It seems like Whataburger has lost the drive to do better than other chains with their food.The dining room looked clean but if you looked closely you would see none of the tables were wiped down.That's my experience and I will say it will probably be more then a year before I come back to what was a childhood favorite.
The line is usually long and it takes a while getting your food but in the end, as far as a good burger goes, your always going to be happy with the meal. As far as waiting for the food in the drive thru the wait is always long.
Took over 40 minutes to get our food ..what this was fast food right? Oh, we didn't start making it.. .really? - When the order did come out it was wrong and they tried to suffice us with free pies and french fries. On burger no onions meant extra onions. Need more help I guess. Maybe better cooks? I know, It's fast food after all. The tea taste like it has not been changed out in a day or two. Best thing was they did give us our $$ money back. Thank you for that, cause food was not edible. Sorry but just to love this place. Not now. Sad.
While out of town we decided to go visit, I received my food and it was super salty. My wife took it to the manager where he apologized for the quality of the food, had the back staff remake it for me. When he brought it to the table he took a moment to let us know that we could have it prepared to how we wanted it.I appreciate his efforts and time to correct a difficult situation
