This whataburger is not what it use to be a couple of years ago. The managers are lazy and the crew members are lazy. The people who work front counter are never to be found and when they are, they're on their phone. And the cooks are always playing around and not getting orders out in a timely manner. I'm always having to come back bc they messed up my order. This place needs discipline!

I’m being generous with the two stars only because the drive thru worker that came to the front to grab more ketchup was more helpful than the employees working the dine in. I ordered online and water thirty five minutes to leave with missing items from my order because I was so upset. I watched three other online orders come in and pickup and the five orders that came in to place to go orders order their food and receive their food while I waited on my order that was supposed to be done at the time I arrived. After all that waiting and being told they are working on it, my food had been in the warmer the whole time. The lady handed me the bag and only one of my three sandwiches were in it. I waited another five minutes for her to even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter and when they “fixed” it and gave me my bag it was still missing food. She then had the audacity to ask if I needed anything else. Yes I needed all $25 of the food I ordered!

Went there and they were out of everything. I ordered in the app and got there 5 minutes early before the time I asked for it to be ready at. Went through the drive and they didn't start my order till I got there. When I got my order after 10 minutes (no point in ordering ahead) of waiting at the window the fries were cold cold cold, asked for some ketchup was told only spicy ketchup. Went home to eat and found out my burger only had tomatos and mayo on it. No pickles or Lettuce. Went back up to the store to get it remade and that's when they informed me that they were out of pickles and Lettuce. This store needs to inform their customers of items that they are out of before the paying customer gets there food or shoot even before they get their cold food from this store.

Its fast food so there's that. But this location has always been bad in my opinion. The one on 19th is waaaayyyyy better. This one gives me floor fries warm burger meat old bread and breaded chicken that tastes like its been in a warmer for a month. Their tea is terrible idk how they pulled that off. But in a word FRESH is always better and whataburger will never be fresh.

Cooks were just playing around and messed up order and took 10-20 minutes to get remake. The cashier tried her best to get request to cooks for stuff to be fixed but they didnt care.Manager came and fixed things but crew need work together.

wanted something hot to drink ordered coffee and they have nothing except sweetners out to add, had to ask for creamer and was handed a few half and halfs from behind counter. seeing as this is a breakfast place you would think they would step their coffee game up. restaurant & bathroom was very clean though and employees friendly & pretty efficient.

The service is actually good but the drive thru is always packed. Your better off getting off and placing your order inside. As far as customer service goes it's not too bad. You usually get your order in a fair amount of time.

This location has really gone downhill lately. In the past 2 months we have ordered food from here because its the closest to where we live, they have screwed up our order BOTH times. For breakfast, the morning order taker is an older lady and ways takes my order wrong and i receive the wrong items. For dinner, they are always out of something( large cups, straws for large drinks, spicy ketchup, onion rings) and they charged us for a triple meat burger and we received a double meat. So my husband had to drive all the way back to get a replacement and our food got cold ?‍♀️. We will not be dining at this location anymore. This location definitely needs new management and cooks ??

Went at 345 on a Wed so it halfway my fault. The fries look and taste an hour more old and I was told rather forcefully they had no ketchup of any kind. Will go to another whataburger next time
