I'm gonna give them a five star because I always love there burgers but my meals keep getting mixed up with other people's meals and I live to far to go back it happened again last night but it's alright I will start going to a different location.I dicided to call the Manager and he made it right thanks ? I will continue to eat here Great customer service.
As always friendly and good food...Eric and Phillip really go out of their way to please their customers. And they always make sure other staff are on top of things too by leading by example. In an industry where customer service is basically non-existent these days these guys and this place really set the bar high! It'd be nice if other places would follow suit! Excellent job you guys at Whataburger on 50th and Q by United.
My husband ordered 4 honey butter chicken biscuits and they were completely raw in the inside.
I usually love whataburger but this one was out of shake mix and dr pepper. The delivery trucks come every 15 days. It wasn't the managers fault and he was upfront about this issue when I spoke to him. He did give us an extra order of fries which was good but we had drove from Colorado to this Texas location specifically for their milkshakes. Very disappointed visit. I'm happy a location has been opened in Colorado Springs Colorado I'll be visiting this location all the time.
Manager was super helpful today. Great customer service.
Served frozen fries with our meals. No straws in our bags for our drinks, asked for spicy ketchup in the bag and wasn’t given any. Only reason I give this meal more than a one is because when we called the manager was considerate.
Very good fast and fresh still the best place for a burger and as always the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich is BUSSSSIN!!??
Whataburger on 50th had the worst service it took 3x to explain it to them and still got it wrong... Thanks to paul the Manager to cook it him self... Thank u paul sorry but im still going to give u guys a 2 sorry and the burger was good
When I went in last service took too long & kids visiting one another who worked there or their boyfriends or school classmates visiting plus girl at counter didn't acknowledge me as a customer or get a thank you when I finally got my order. But the food was good though.
Well lets talk about the GM if he would quit treating his employees like they are trash and putting them down all the time maybe the enployees would want to do more for the whataburger family he has been nothing but rude to his employees i know when i worked for whataburgwr my GM never treated me or the other employees as bad as Rudy does whataburger really needs to do something with that guy
