Delicious burgers especially the Wagyu. Nice atmosphere and a super friendly staff !!
I got the Big Tex, my partner got the Freshman 15, and holy moly, those patties were amazing. It took only a couple of minutes to come out. I enjoyed mine immensely, I even stole a couple bites from my partners and it was delicious as well. The fried pickles were a bit saltier than I’d like and the fries were a bit over cooked/old.All around great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the music fit perfectly.
We ordered from them through Uber Eats and were missing an order of cheese fries. I would not have cared about it, but that was all my son wanted to eat for his meal. I called the restaurant to notify them, and the manager was very friendly and apologetic. I was planning to head up there to pick them up, but he offered to deliver them to us. Within 10 minutes another manager was at my door with a fresh order of cheese fries! I have never experienced such great customer service from a restaurant. Their food is also top notch; best burger we've eaten in Lubbock. You've gained customers for life.
2 burgers 1 order of fries. The pic was the fries for 4 dollars. My burger was so overdone my jaw was getting tired chewing it. +1 star for wife's burger which was good.
first burger came out raw, staff apologized and made a new one but the burger had a rank smell too it, to the point I wouldn't eat it
Zantwon was at the bar and provided an awesome first experience here. I had the Big Tex burger and my husband had the Freshman 15 burger. Great burgers! The watermelon tea was very good too!
The service was fast and food was great! Definitely recommend getting the shakes and cheese fries. Next time we come into town we will definitely be stopping by again!
Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the sweet tea was watermelon flavored “ugh”. The Grilled Cheese Burger with a fried egg on top was delicious, seriously how could it not be 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with 8 oz of ground chick between and a fresh egg on top. Fried pickles were good, Onion Strings were very good. Decor and atmosphere with 80’s music was AWESOME. Highly recommend this place but they need regular sweet tea this is not California.
First time ever coming here, definitely won’t be the last. I had the classic, the wife had the gosh jam it, and the kiddo had the kids cheeseburger. Added onion rings and the treat yo self twisted cheese fries. 3 sodas and a tiki-Rita and the old fashioned. The bad-the atomic pickles were not atomic and the bread-n-butter were not crunchy. The great-everything else. The old fashioned was good, I added root beer to it and made it so much better. The fries-I added the BBQ sauce to it and made them awesome, and they were great before. I added the horseradish Dijon and some onion rings to my burger-that was right on the money. Price for all three of us plus’s the bar was $60, minus the bar, would have only been $40- which we would have paid at Whataburger. So this was a great meal for a great price. I strongly recommend everyone swing by and give them a try. They have many options to accommodate everyone. Sorry about the photos, it looked so good, I couldn’t wait and snapped these half-way through eating.
Great Bergers, fry’s and shakes! Miss the peanut butter and brownie shake! The s’mores is very good though!! We always stop by here when we are in Lubbock. We would welcome you to Amarillo if you guys decide to open one here!!
