Music from scratchy speakers blasting in dining room , and different music blaring from kitchen. Asked waitress to turn down and she ignored me. Manager turned down kitchen music. Out of onion rings at lunch. Three of four ketchup containers on tables empty. In all a high priced burger $9.50 and torture music. Try another place and save yourself annoyances.
Food was amazing, beer cold and served in an iced mug, burgers were out of this world. Our waitress was super polite and amazing. Juan, the manager was awesome!!! This place is lucky to have him. I would recommend the All American burger to even the snobbiest of burger snobs. The fried pickles were so good I couldn't even take a picture of them. The kids loved the patio!
I had a business meeting here and was a little skeptical of the place. I'm not a big burger fan, but their Rise and shine burger was amazing. Fried egg on top of the hb meat and you could add other 'fixings' to it. The buffalo chicken sandwich didn't look too shabby either. Will def be back here.
My wife ordered a well done burger. It came out rare but they wouldn't give us a discount. Mistakes happen. No big deal but the only options they gave us were sending the food back, which means we go hungry but wouldn't have to pay. Or, wait for them to make another burger, which means we wait another 15-20 minutes for the burger and then the rest of family has to wait another 15-20 minutes while she eats it. Neither one of these options are good. It felt like we were being punished for their mistake. We didn't want a free meal but we also didn't want to pay full price for something we didn't order. My wife was willing to eat around the edges of the burger and call it good but they wouldn't let her. It just seemed unreasonable. We ended up sending the burger back. They didn't charge us but my wife left without eating dinner. It made for a terrible experience. Plus, the floor manager was rude about it.
My “well done” burger. I picked this up to go and I heard a moo coming from the bag and opened it to find this.The order was wrong and when I went back up there the cook threw his hands up and had a little fit ! It was a rough experience although they did give me my money back.Lost my appetite

First, I want to say that Maria was awesome! She was attentive, kind, fast, and she seemed like she genuinely cared and wanted to help the customers. However, outside of Maria, this was a huge waste of money.It is difficult to describe how bad this experience was. We went yesterday, and everything was subpar. So, to give them another shot, we went back today. Today was even worse.I will not go into detail, but from the service, to the food, to the absence of any clean refilled condiments, this place was bad two days in a row.I cannot recommend this place to anyone after both dining experiences.I never give bad reviews. I hate negativity, but I think people should know before they go spend their money here. As a group, we spent over $100 in two days and the second visit was worse than the first.Such a bummer! I don’t mean this post to be personal, but it was just not good. I hope they can get it figured out and improve.
I have been to Toro burger several times. In the past, I would always order a burger with fries. They were good but nothing special. HOWEVER, this time I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with onion rings instead of fries. That was the best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had, and it's not particularly close. The chicken somehow maintained a perfect crunch despite being covered in buffalo sauce. I have also never had better onion rings than the ones today. Absolutely perfectly crispy.If I was rating based on past experiences, I would probably say 3.5 stars. Because of today though, I had to come give a 5 star rating. I will definitely be back and will never order differently again.
I had the WORSE Elk burger ?... if it was Elk - I have ate all my life and it didn't taste anything like it. Asked for it to be med cooked it came out raw and bloody. The place was so cold I went in the restroom to wash my hands in warm water to warm up some. Had to leave and sit in my truck 10 minutes to get warm. The staff said- yes they knew it was pretty cold in there other than that nothing else. time it was not good... Laat time our food was not good either...this time it was really not at all.. Way to many places that have good food and a place I am not so uncomfortable in the entire time. Also not busy and have one table ...your only customers...Do NOT sit people the very far back corner- it is rude! makes people feel they are needing to be out of the way...
My Wife and I ate there last night. The waitress as very informative and helpful. We also met the GM, he was very nice and accommodating. We had 3-4 beers. They all came out fast. The food was very good and came out fast as well. The food and experience was so good, my wife will be having her next work get-together there!
