Truly excellent barbecue. Stopped on a whim during a road trip, we knew we were in for a treat as there was a line forming before they even opened.A very friendly lady took our order and helped us pick a few things. The chicken was the best barbecue chicken we've ever had, perfectly cooked, amazing seasoning. The brisket and the sausage were also excellent, the pulled pork was a bit sweeter than we usually go for but delicious. I highly recommend the loaded baked potato salad and the green chili mac as sides, both were worth the trip all by themselves.If we ever find ourselves near Lubbock again we'll definitely have to stop by.

Our storm chase team drove all the way down to Texas for beautiful storms but our secondary objective was authentic and delicious BBQ. We had no less then three others recommend we take the time to stop at the Shack and I’m happy to say all four of us absolutely loved it! No lie easily the best ribs I have ever had. Not to even mention the moist brisket absolutely melting in your mouth. Posting a photo of me just absolutely lost in the flavor below. We will be joining the other chasers as well in recommending this for anyone who may find themselves near Lubbock. Take the time, you won’t be disappointed!

We live in Littlefield so we don’t get to eat there very often. I had a dr appt this AM so we stopped & ate lunch on our way back home. Their BBQ is amazing & the sides we chose were wonderful! The staff is super friendly as well. We loved it all, as always!
If you like good BBQ, this is it! Driving through the area and I’m glad I didn’t have to drive far into town to get good food. Some of the best Texas BBQ I’ve had in a while.
