Best experience yet! Can’t wait to go again!
Ordered to go at 10:45am to be ready at 12pm, (given we knew it may be a little after) Main issues had to wait 30 plus mins, was told multiple times that it was "Being Bagged" over 30 mins guess that is why the ordered was cold, maybe someone's left over items on plates. Totally ridiculous. We always tip big and I hate giving this review but when you spend over $105 dollars for lunch it should be hot/warm at least, correct, silverware (I mean why ask? if you're not going to get it) One of the side dishes on the $25 dollar plate of ribs was scraps pretty sure off of someone's plate it was half corn half green beans and some crumbs and half empty (pretty gross) so I took pictures and plan on emailing the cooperate office. We love this restaurant but today was horrible, attitude from window lady (I understand they were busy but don't be rude, why only two people back there when there was 4-5 hostess at the front???). Cold chicken, cold steak, cold sides, cold ribs GEE THANKS
My husband and I went out for an early dinner . My husband found a surprise in his loaded mashed potatoes, it was a large partially cooked piece of chicken. Ruined the meal
A friendly greeting when my wife and I walked in, seated promptly, the service was perfect without hovering over us, The food was exactly what we expected and the staff was amazing! If "5" is Excellent, then our grade for Texas Roadhouse is a "10".
We ate here on a Sunday late afternoon and it was quite crowded. The service was good, the food was good but the whole place made an impression of not being very clean to me. There was all sorts of food debris on the floor in front of and under our table and the menus, which were waiting for us on the table had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time which, even at the tail end of Covid does seem unacceptable.
Delicious steak, I would've loved it with a add-on topping like butter grilled onions or garlic. Cooked accordingly. Place is very nice! Great customer service. Sangria Margarita was good too. Their steak sauce is okay, A1 is still better. Atmosphere was too loud for me. The music is loud but it's okay because you won't have others listening to your conversations. Good crowd and service was still timely!
3 strikes. This last time our steaks were burnt. We wanted MR. Our daughters speak was rare. The veggies were so soggy and over cooked they fell apart by picking them up. The rattle snake bites weren't completely cooked as they were still cool inside. Super disappointed in this roadhouse
5 of 5 stars! Amanda was a great waitress! I ordered the 12 Oz Ribeye, which was grilled perfectly medium rare!! I ordered the loaded baked potato and sweet corn as sides! I also ordered the Hurricane ? margarita.. everything was perfect! I'm glad I chose to come here for dinner. I don't always go out to eat, but I'm celebrating! The Texas Roadhouse was a perfect choice ? And Happy Hour margaritas ? ? =Great value!
best food in town and we love the roles and the guys that make it. GREAT Valentines dinner tonight good job guys
