Bailey is on of my favorite employees at the Frankford and 4th location. She’s always smiling, always has a great attitude, and has had some awesome recommendations!
So I typically always go to this location because I caneasily walk here. Takes me just a minute to go here via walking. Well today, we were walking our dogs and I had family out of town and we decided to treat them to some tea. Since we were walking our dogs, we stopped by the drive thru since it was empty and we've done it before too without a problem. We went to order and the employees made eye contact, spoke to each other, and walked away. We waited at the window and they finally opened the window with a snotty attitude. We have never been served by these particular employees but we went on to order. They were extremely rude and condescending. When we finally got our drinks, we weren't offered a receipt, got the drinks the wrong size, none of them were sweetened even tho we asked for them to be sweetened and the matcha latte was literally inedible. All four drinks were different and every single one was awful. We went back for a refund for ONLY the matcha one and was told it was not in the policy torefund.Do not go here. We will not bring our business hereanymore. All the people I've recommended to comehere, I'll be sure to advise differently.Management, after looking at these reviews, it might be time to get the attitude of your employees and seewhere there is a training gap.
I stop here from time to time whenever I’m feeling like drinking something sweet. I always have an awesome experience and my drink is always fantastic. Today I was on a walk with my fiancé and her family and decided to recommend stopping for some teas. June 1st, 2 employees I didn’t recognize were working. Both of them had a bad attitude and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. All 4 of our drinks were made wrong and one of them (matcha tea drink) was literally undrinkable. I took back the matcha atleast hoping for a refund but was only given a gift card with that drinks’s cost. All the drinks were the wrong size, tasted terrible, and the service today was just eh. If I see the same 2 people I will definitely avoid stopping by.
Customer service was amazingly awesome, especially the working staff in answering questions and advice us in what's good for us. I had the Superman 44oz my brother had Lemon ? 44oz. We purchased 3 bags of tea and Iced IndenuiTea.
The strawberry shortcake tea with Almond milk was excellent! Gluten free and dairy free. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous! I will be a regular customer.
