Store didn't make the online order correctly. It was missing ingredients. Biggest issue though was how some of the emoyees were talking to a newer employee.They are very unprofessional and they shouldn't be managing or training anyone.

I have come here on my lunch multiple times and sat here for 20 plus minutes or longer only for them to say they are short staffed and are working on customers inside. I spend half my lunch trying to get a sub and usually just give up and go somewhere else. They always only have 2 workers handling multiple customers. I’m not sure if there corporate management is too cheap to hire other workers or just don’t care or are too incompetent in running a business. I came inside and once again just 2 workers handling multiple customers I feel bad for the workers because they are trying there best but they have no help or support and I feel that is wrong on corporate management to continue this store to be short staffed. Other subways around town are smart and have at least 3-4 workers at a time but this one on 63rd and frankford continues to be very slow and short staffed and it is highly unprofessional and unacceptable!

I sat in their drive thru for nearly 10 minutes before someone said they would be right with me. Then, I sat for another 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I gave up and went inside because it seemed the only important customers were the ones going inside the store. I complained to the employee and she proceeded to lie to me and tell me she was the only one working when I could clearly see another employee in the walk in cooler. She then informed me, she had to take care of the 4 customers in the store before she could help me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

We ordered 2 sandwiches from this place. None of three employees could get an order straight if they had to. My sandwich had raw bacon on it. Food was horrible service was worst.

I don't know why I keep giving this location opportunities to disappoint me, but I can assure this was the last. It's almost like they ignore the drive thru entirely. We pulled up around 6:55 pm with 2 other vehicles there. We seen an employee sitting and relaxing inside the lobby area, and assumed today may be quicker than normal. Wrong. The first one pulled off without their order. After what I am assuming was a long wait, as well. The one in front of us was a bit more patient, and got their 2 sandwiches in about 20 minutes. Leaving us still sitting at the intercom waiting for someone to come on the speaker. Another 10 minutes of waiting went by without a single person answering the intercom, so we pulled off and went to Firehouse subs down the road where they completed our order in 8 minutes and took care of business. Until some changes take place, don't even waste your time with this location

Should be 0 stars. How are you going to have 3 people on shift and only 1 actually working. One dude was in there talking to his friend instead of working. Place wasnt even busy and it took over 20 mins. We didnt even get food because they forgot about us in the drive and started helping people who walked in. It was ridiculous! This location needs to close i have had problems with wait and not being served at all several times and can never find a manager to talk to. I dont know how this location has 3.8 stars these reviews have to be fake.

Subway. Great sandwiches with fresh vegetables. What more is there to say? We like it.

Wish I could give it a 0. Went through the drive through and they never answered and the person in front of me stormed off without their order. Trainwreck subway and wasted my time. What are the employees doing back there? Was there for almost 5+ minutes.

Last night my teenage daughter got home late from a school function and picked her dinner up on her way home. It wasn’t what she ordered and she was ticked. It was 10 minutes to close at subway, I called and asked if I could do a carry out. She said she wasn’t supposed to but would. I love 3 minutes away and left immediate. It was ready when I walked in. Thank you sweet girl who answered the phone and took my order. Made my daughter entire mood change for the better!!
