Terrible customer service! We made an order for a meeting at work and a few of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and a couple were missing. We went back to get the missing sandwiches and the lady gave attitude stating that she made a sandwich that we told her we did not have. Also I asked for extra black olives on my 12 in sandwich and there were literally 6 olives on my sandwich and also I asked for my sandwich to be heated and it was not. This store has definitely gone down the drain! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!!

I'm handicapped and parked 1 st space by tree ....ya needs to trim or remove the tree. Under Ada no obstruction of anything should be in the way
I’m officially done with this Subway location!!! As long as you don’t want a sandwich it ok... NEVER have more than white/wheat bread, and on more than one occasion they have been completely out of bread!! Today no meatballs, and only white bread. Lubbock has numerous sandwich shops, so this gal and our family are going elsewhere from now on!
The dudes there are badass at what they do. They made my sandwiches exactly how I wanted them and they were super friendly homies. The rotisserie chicken that replaced the patties is a bit expensive but it's the shizz.
We went through the drive-through.....super fast super friendly and clean..... This is our go to Subway... Always greets us with a smile
The subs are so delicious...I got turkey ham on wheat w/ provolone cheese and the works...honey mustard...mmmmmm...???
