Today at 1045 am I went through the drive-thru and ordered a sandwich from your esteemed worker and she proceeded to add herself a tip on MY bill at MY expense and without MY permission! This is not only in professional and unethical...it's THEFT!!!

I have given this location too many chances. There was noone in the drive through or in the store when I pulled up. It took 15 min to be able to say my order over the intercom. Then when I pulled up to the window another 15-20 min to get the sandwich.. and then it wasn't made right. Worker took my payment then came back to the window and asked what sand which I had. Believe me I am super patient in these situations when a place is slammed busy but they had 4 workers on the line and no one in the store. Will not be coming back

Drive thru-1 sandwich was soggy it was soaked in so much dressing. Wasn't ordered that way. When other sandwiches in the order were opened, one was missing stuff and the other had bits of idk what that had to be picked off of the veggies. Gross-doesn't cut it. Hopefully this was a mishap, only the future will tell. Definitely recommend going in to supervise what you're eating.

Got 2 subs asked for double meat on both didn't give it on my bmt and charged it didn't have enough meat to do it on my roast beef gave the worst attitude when I wanted jalapenos olives and pickles on the side

Ordered 3 subs through door dash. Subways took a hour and a half to make 3 sandwiches when it arrived order was all wrong sandwiches was poorly wrapped bread was all wrong and hard. Never again will I order from this place

Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub, asked for ONLY LETTUCE CHEESE AND EXTRA EXTRA PICKLE. No sauces, nothing. What I got was a sandwich with mayo, chicken, onions and lettuce. There was no cheese or pickles on my sub. The only reason this place is getting 2 starts and not 1 is because they are usually decent subway but this was just ridiculously appalling

I ordered 2 cups of soup online and when I got to the store to pick-up my order, they gave me 2 half of cups of soup. I was like what happened? Did you guys run out of soup? ...The young lady stated let me find out what happened. Another young lady came from the back of the store and said we're only suppose to give a laddle of soup per order...Of course I'm standing there perplexed; thinking who sells a half of cup of soup calling it a cup...Either charge more for the cup or use a smaller container. Well I decided that I would just get my money back and get soup somewhere else...That's when things went really south. I was told that they were not able to refund the money because it was an online purchase and they didn't know how. I asked for the manager and they called her and she was very rude and angry. Needless to say I left without a refund. I called corporate office and they told me to go back to the store to get my refund. I advised them that I would have to go back on another day. I had already left and was on my way back to work. Well I did go back a couple of days later only for the rude angry manager to try to give me only half of my money back when I did receive any product from them at all. I was like, can you please give me the rest of my money. She said that she couldn't give me the full refund. I politely told her that I would just contact corporate office and deal with them. I called corporate office again and they said that they would have the general manager to call me back. I asked who owned that particular site and asked if they would have him to please call me. Needless to say I was never contacted by the general manager or the store owner. The sad part is that the purchase was less ? ? ? than $5.00, but for me it was the principle of the matter. It was my money and I didn't get what I had ordered so why would they want to keep any part of the money??? That was my crazy unbelievable experience at this location and if someone would have told me this story, I'd be laughing extremely hard in disbelief. Sad ? ? ? ? but all of it is definitely true.

No tuna in sandwiches and no one believed me. Refused to give me my money back. Terrible store manager, terrible service.

One of the better subway spots here in Lubbock. They make it the way you like it without any stigma which is great because my wife loves the black olives fresh food friendly staff.

I asked for a ham, and cheese sandwich.Two ingredients. Ham, and cheese.How do you forgot the cheese?!?Also I asked for two ranch’s on the side instead of in my sandwich. No ranch.This was suppose to be a quick dinner, and it is. I’m just annoyed of how something so simple can be forgotten. There’s was no one in the store nor drive thru.I blame myself for not checking to see if i had my stuff correct.Still 1 star.
