I went through the drive-in and the speaker didn't seem to be working, so I pulled up to the window. The woman that came to the window was not friendly at all and asked me what I wanted. I told her I would like to place an order. I was ordering 3 sandwiches and I placed the order for the 1st 2 sandwiches and asked her if I could look at the menu real quick. She told me she didn't have a menu... So I just ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. I noticed there were 2 cars that came up behind me and the speaker apparently was working, so when she brought my food 20 minutes later, I told her that I was sorry that I just pulled up to the window but that I thought the speaker wasn't working. She said it was, I asked you to wait a minute. I told her well I am sorry, I did not hear you and I thought the speaker was broke. Finally she smiled and said that's OK have a good day. The only time she smiled or was in any way friendly at all.
Do Not Give These People Your Money. They Don't Want It. I'm Not Kidding...I have lived near this location for almost 15 years. I don't know how it is still open. I've had the employees get my order completely wrong when I'm the only customer in the place. I've had them tell me they were "not taking orders" 45 minutes before closing. I've been ignored at the drive thru so many times I just go in the door so I can watch them make my food. They would rather argue with you than make you happy. They have bad attitudes and usually have awful music blaring out of the back. They are usually out of at least 1 thing you want. Subway in Lubbock is usually ok but this franchise owner doesn't care about the customers. Dions makes good sandwiches and is just a few doors down the street. They will get my business from now on.
Order was said to be ready at 1:05 and did not get my food till 1:30. Also saw two people drive off. She said they were all out of bread and could not remake my food but would give a refund if we brought the food back. Said they did not carry Swiss but had it on the app nor did she mention it when she told me at the window they did not have wheat bread and to choose a different bread. She wasn’t very professional when I called…she let her emotions of the hard day at work affect her.
Deserves zero stars. Worst location in Lubbock. Drivethru ALWAYS makes sandwich wrong. Walk in is worse. Waited in line for a longtime. When got to register, employee said computer cant take coupons, was not willing to be customer friendly AT ALL! GO ELSEWHERE!! TRUST ME!!
I really like thier sandwiches I can always eat one when I'm in the mood.
This subway is horrible. I’ve given this location several opportunities because it’s convenient located on one of my routes, but it’s never good service.

The lady at the window was extremely rude to me. As soon as I started saying something she would interrupt me. I couldn't even order my food and had to just leave.
Possibly the best Subway I've been to. Of course the food is good and this one was very clean. The crew was awesome and worked together great.
Always an issue ! Manager on duty is real quick to get upset and not address the issue. Was told I was going to go somewhere else. I will thank you
