In town this morning on business. Looked on line for closed Subway to the Overton hotel that was open. Google took me to this location. It list hours open 6 am. I got there at 8:30 to be rudely told by the lady that was chatting with another employee “We are not open” turned back around and continued to talk. I had to ask three times what time do they open before she again rudely said 9 am. The DM should look into this location. If it was my site I would fire the crew who care more about talking g the opening timely.
Hours say open till 11 but they said they closed at 9 but are sitting in the lobby just chatting.... I think they close when they feel like it. And what subway at a truckstop isint open 24 hours? Disappointing.
Bad bad customer services.No body service i see the lady walking relax in the store and she dont care sale in your area.Im sit down around 4 hours and she never take one order 3 peoples coming today morning and she dont care.The peoples get out with no food no service.This lady stolen money because she receive money for hour and she dont care and she no sale nothing only walking and the face very bad.For me no thank you.For people and coworkers similar or same a this lady the busines closed.Waoo bad bad.I think the owner of this subway need send secret shooper for see what hapen in this store bad customer service cero money.

Their service was awful and they were very rude and disrespectful for no reason. Charged us wrong and got our toppings wrong when we said it loud and clear. For being adults they were very rude to our softball team. They need more manners and patients for people especially people that aren’t from here. They need to hire better people with better service

4 stars because you allow indoor dining. Seating area was clean, except for the air vents, they're covered in dust.The sandwich tasted fresh & was tasty. The bread was cooked just right.My one complaint was Christabell. She more than skimped on the vegetables. I understand watching your overhead and all about cutting costs but that's ridiculous...

Great food and fast, friendly service at this location in the Flying J truckstop - IF you can figure out what times and days they are actually open.Their hours are NOT 6 am to 11 pm as posted pn the door decal though because I've been by several times before work (Where my start time is 4pm thu - sat) and they wete open, and I've been by a couple of times wherethe dining room lights are out, no employees are visible, and the food pans are covered. I'm tired of wasting my time parking and walking in only to find the place darlk and closed.Put a sign on the door or something so I can just cruise on by and use that time to stop somewhere ELSE that day.
For the millionth time, Google. I didn't go there. Please stop assuming. The reason I have one star and didn't eat there, is because it wasn't open. Useless.
