Y'all should make clones of that David guy and make him assistant manager of all of your stores.

This location is very bad because they take forever to make sandwiches. I waited in line for 40 minutes with 3 customers in front of me. (Each had one sub) Please do better!

I love subway, this one is especially nice and I go here probably once a week at least for lunch. I do mobile orders and for some reason even when I click toast my sammy is never toasted:(

Went to order at this place - the sauce in the bottles was sour and expired - called the restaurant numerous times and kept getting hung up on. Went back in person and they offered to re make my order - I told them I don’t want the food just my money back. The employee said they can’t do money back and called the manager on his personal cell phone. Spoke with the store manager and he said he can’t give me my money back - he was very rude didn’t care about the situation at all. I’m not going to eat food that’s sour or old - you can get people very sick. The store manager told me over the phone I can get my order replaced or I can leave. This is very bad and terrible service. I will personally never go back to this location.

Order a turkey and provolone sandwich on line and got no turkey then when I called there number isn’t in service

By far the worst subway in west texas,Pricing fluctuates constantly throughout the month and none of the workers will mention it to you leaving you to have to check the receipt, They prioritize to go orders despite the lack of urgency getting them made and a line accumulating to the entry door and there are always flies in there.

I work next door and we often get lunch from this location, we have had issues multiple times considering everyone there just hates life or something, they always have horrible attitudes. So they ended up cleaning house and hired new people. Well these people have awful attitudes as well. Not to mention two sandwiches had cold meat that was not cooked, two other sandwiches had hairs in them. We had ALL sandwiches remade and one of them the meat was STILL cold. Was told we couldn’t have a refund so now we have to eat nasty sandwiches. I can say y’all are losing our business. Get y’all’s business together cause this is unacceptable. Y’all make sandwhiches, it’s not rocket science. If you hate your job GO GET A NEW ONE.

Rude customer service !Went to the other subwayThey had no ranch , and felt like they were rushing us ,So decided to leave and go to this locationLeam , Decided to turn off the light while we were eating .It was really rude and unprofessional

Went there once and it was pretty good. Tried to go there again 15 minutes after they were supposed to open and doors were locked. Waited 5 minutes because I had to be somewhere and still didn't unlock despite there being employees in there. Be cool if they had a competent manager that opened on time or at least within 20 minutes.
