I drove 60 miles & stopped at the 1st Starbucks ordered my cold brew special didn’t look right I asked girl at window about and she said that correct and closed the window I left because I had an appointment then went back ordered the same drink paid for it again & I tried to tell another girl there about my drink I ordered earlier & she told me I can’t take that & closed the window on me all I wanted to do is explain to her then I went inside talked to the mgr & he was worried about giving my money back no apology or nothing I didn’t want my $ back just wanted them to get my drink correct very rude customer service!! Management & crew

Jasmine (I hope that’s her name) was very kind and welcoming! She worked the window on Dec, 6 2021 this evening. She was sweet to my son and to me and my husband. Wonderful service from her!
Coffee was not as good as normal but staff was super friendly
This place is consistently out of items. They have little to no knowledge as to when they will get items back in stock. I have given this place business more than once and each time we are faced with the same issue.
Simply great. Baristas are amazing. Please do not get frustrated with anyone here. Use the mobile app and order ahead. Don’t make your problem that you are “running late” their problem.
Kaili was extremely agitated the morning we stopped in and it showed (Friday 3/26). She ignored me at the pickup counter, while I could clearly see our drinks were ready. Once she finally shoved the drinks my direction, she turned around and began to ignore me again for 5-8ish minutes (I'm sure it's on camera). I needed a gift card for my wife and decided this was a good time to go buy one, then I returned to the mobile pickup area. Every time we would make eye contact, she would glare and turn around again. Finally, after serving several other customers over me she blurted "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON!?". When I told her we had several food items that I had not received, she passed it on to another employee who was super nice and handed me the food. We never have problems in the drive-through, we come through here daily and recognize most of the baristas. I took several days to reflect on the experience before writing this review, but decided her incredible unprofessionalism needed to be acknowledged.
Terrible morning experience. Took over 20 minutes for an app order. I literally watched my drink sit on the counter for 5 minutes because the barista forgot to give it to me. Drink was not made to order, Splenda and stevia are not the same thing. All that time and had to throw the drink away
I never write reviews but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I ordered a venti Irish cream cold brew, and somehow they messed up and they gave me a venti nitro cold brew and just put the Irish cream on top. I didn’t think it’d be that bad to just drink it, but I drank that at 1:30 yesterday afternoon, and it’s almost 6:30 am the next day. Then, I looked it up and found that Starbucks doesn’t offer the nitro cold brew in a venti cup because of health problems related to the amount of caffeine. I’ve been having severe anxiety as well, which isn’t normal for me. I went to bed around 10:30 last night, and have been restless all night and woke up around 3 and have been up since. So, if they mess up and give you a venti nitro cold brew DO NOT DRINK IT because it can put you at risk for caffeine overdose
It is great for drinks. Not so great on getting orders with bakery items. Got the wrong items last two times. Somehow need to improve the system.
