The service was very pleasant. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing. Most places make it apparent that they are about to close, and that they are ready to go home. Kudos to the employees here, for treating me so well, and being very courteous. Even though I’m sure they were ready to go home, they took care of their customers. The ice cream was delicious, as always!
Why would u clean the ice cream machine during business hours that should be done near closing time or after, oh well I guess u didn't need my business
Literally sat for 10mins waiting to order and got absolutely no heads up that maybe there was technical difficulties at that particular stall or anything so I just left….Customer service sucks if I could give it a zero I would do so in a heartbeat

If you like Footlong hot dogs this is a place, and if you love a All-American dog go and try this place on 19th and milwaukee and the caramel milkshake is two thumbs up

I inadvertently gave Sonic on 19th, the one start intended for Dairy Queen on 19th Street near Frankfurt. (App glitch. I gave Sonic a one star and the app flashed then closed. When I re-opened the app, I had to start over giving their review).Sonic on 19th near Milwaukee has excellent, courteous, attentive, and clearly quality-customer-service-trained employees. Occasionally the tater tots are overcooked with too much salt, probably just bottom of bin before making new. However, for the most part, Sonic's food food quality matches the excellent quality instilled in their top notch staff.
