No sauce on these Totchos and this sonic can’t never do right done coming to this one
Placed an order through the app. When I got there the store was very busy. Every stall was full. The manager was working as a car hop because they were short-staffed. He was a nice guy, even cracked a joke with him. But when I got home the joke was on me. How could they be That busy yet somehow I end up with a burger so cold and old, it made me think they took it out of the waste bucket!?! It was the nastiest burger I've ever tasted. It was 100° outside! Yet the cheese was more stuck than melted, like it was sitting somewhere for hours. I'm disgusted. I will never eat at this location again.
would honestly give it zero stars. we online ordered 2 slushies and when we picked them up, they were both completely wrong. so we told them they gave us the wrong drinks, and they gave us attitude about it?? would rather just go down the street to the other sonic 5 minutes away.
Just ordered a sweet tea with lemon, and they gave me unsweet with about a pound of sugar poured in. If you know how that works, the sugar doesn’t dissolve. Don’t recommend.
Online ordered some drinks and even though they were super busy they still had great service. I think it was Genesis as my carhop. She came up to the window “Hey beautiful how are you?” made my night! Great service
This has got to be the quickest survived Subway ever. They have a drive thru but if you call in your order, they are quick and make sure your order is ready upon arrival. Their employees are super friendly as well.
ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! My boyfriend, my daughter, and myself sat for 20 minutes waiting on a single drink! We had to press the button four separate times before the drink was even brought out. The drink was wrong so we had to press it again to get cream and they didn't even give me enough for my rt44 drink. They gave me enough to fill a creamer packet that you get at gas station. I have gone to sonic for my drinks since i had the ability to drive when i turned 15 years old and never once have i had this awful of a service.
I am not a Sonic fan at all anyway, but my husband wanted a breakfast burrito cause he wasn't feeling well. So I went to stall # 24, pushed the red button 3 times to start my order, and 7 minutes later... I moved to stall #8. I thought maybe # 24 was not working. I waited another 7 minutes and pushed the button 3 times and nobody ever came on the microphone. I gave up and went to Whataburger.
Could be better, my order was qrong which is ok. Fine we all have our moments. But when people are rude without a reason. I've worked fast food I get it, but if you read the order back, and pay attention things would go alot smoother
