I've gone to plenty of sonic drive-ins. All the ones in here in lubbock are always really fast & friendly. This particular sonic on 4th & quaker had the worst customer service ever. None of the employees knew was remotely going on repeated my order 10 times. & not once repeated my order correctly. I could hear them laughing making racial slurs to each other. By far the worst experience.
Anytime after 10pm they start to ignore the call button. I went to multiple stations to try and even went to drive thru.No answer on any of them.Fire the whole staff.Laziness and un reliable.
I have fallen in love with cherry vanilla cream sprite and only two restaurants in town I know can and have the means to do it is sonic drive in and Dairy Queen. I love the app and mom hassle with ordering items and not mess up with the order. Thank you sonic ❤️?
Grabbed a quick breakfast at Sonic on 4th and Quaker. Within 5 minutes I had my burrito and was leaving. Perfect for the time crunch u was experiencing. The food was hot and prepared as described on the order panel.
Hit or miss with Sonic. Ordered lunch here today. Burger was not hot/warm, looked as though it had been sitting somewhere waiting to be used. The onion rings were barely warm. Drive-thru, in Lubbock is always hit or miss. Bring your lunch!
3 times I have kindly ordered barbecue and ranch sauce for my jumbo popcorn chicken, and 3 of those times they forget to add them inside my meal…
I got a grilled chicken and a crispy chicken sandwich combos. My sandwiches were made totally wrong. Both were old and dry. The fries were nasty and hard. I ask for extra ice in my drinks and they had very little ice. Not good at all
good service & food yall need to go to Amarillo and show or train them. the 1 by VA needs help inservice & food fixen bad i travel a lot if there is a sonic i eat there plainview is better than the one by VA pramise i go there monthly week at a time one i talk about in Amarillo get half a star see
The food was really fresh the buns are soft and the hot dogs were tender the car hop was very kind
I usually get my orders in a timely manner and the car hops are usually polite and prompt and I end up tipping them because they're always on the go and work pretty well.I don't like the way the entrance is when coming in on the north bound lane from university avenue because of the way the road is. It has huge bumps in the center and it's meant to make you drive a block to turn just to enter the Sonic.
