Getting a Kiosk that works is like playing Eenie meenie miney moe.The staff that works here is extremely unprofessional and don't know what they are doing half the time. Charging you extra for things or not getting your order the way you wanted it.Syrup for the drinks is normally out, so it's just carbonation, but at least the ice cream machine works.
Not recommend this place. My wife and I order hamburgers and was taking so long. And I l ask for the microphone how more longer we have to wait. And the manager she come out angry. I just told her forget it. I will go to other places

Grill cheese is the worse here. . Very disappointing. Waste of my money. Its not made as other places would make a grill cheese. Needs to be listed as toast cheese sandwich
I put in an order for a large diet dr. Pepper. The guy forgot I even ordered. After sitting there for 20 minutes I rang back in cause dang that sure is a long time for a drink. They provided me with a free drink.
Well Service was great but product kind of sucked my first straw was split all the way down the center then when I got a second straw it taste like pickles
Yesterday I went to Sonic for happy hour I ordered some drinks and I received them. Before I left I took a drink of my soft drink that's when I realize my drink tasted like carbonated water. I called back and the lady that takes the orders from the intercom, I want to say she was the manager. I feel bad for not taking her name but She took the time to hear my complaint and made it right. She personally came out to the vehicle and asked what was wrong she then took our drinks back and brought us fresh drinks. Thank you sorry I didn't get your name.
The great american cheeseburger scam is unfolding before our very eyes. All the burgers have cheese and yet they don't give you a discount if you order a burger with no cheese. I bet the CEO of sonic is like scrooge mcduck swimming in all of his sold/unsold cheese.
They could use work on getting there drink orders correct. But otherwise pretty decent.
