Real unprofessional customer service, I called 3/17/2020 to order cheese fries and worker stated 15-20 minute for fryer to reheat.... I stated ok and she repeated herself and I said ok like I’m grown no need to repeat yourself....rudeness will get you no where!! She hung up and I attempted to call back to let her know about herself......but of course no answer, but owner needs to address unprofessionalism and if she not happy go work somewhere else and if she’s the owner she won’t get ahead treating people who spend their hard earned money at this place??? Me and my family go there a-lot but due to the incident today .....SMOKIN JOES CAN KEEP THEIR RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!
